      We were very pleased with the service we received. We had a pre arranged plan made several years ago so everything was very easy. ******* who worked with us was very kind and answered all are questions

      ***************** and ***** H was amazing, helpful, courteous, and above all timely and compassionate when I most needed such. Was able via phone and internet thru Neptune and ***** to get necessary permits, make arrangements, and do everything but pick up remains. When we picked up remains, he gave complete information and carefully explained various options and what to expect should we elect to transport remains by Air regarding *** issues depending on type of Urn or packaging. All of this at a very reasonable cost. I plan to later make advance arrangements for myself.

      Neptune Society was amazing! My husband made his arrangements back in 2009 and gave me a card as a reference to his request. With one phone call, I was directed to the Sherman Oaks office where they treated me like family. Their knowledge and compassion went beyond my expectations as they guided me through one of the most difficult situations in my life. A very heartfelt thank you to Clare **********; you are an angel here on earth.

      A parent made the pre arrangement a number years ago in a different state. ****** was very caring. We are very satisfied with the service she provided.

      Neptune was incredible during this difficult time. They were patient with me, provided support and answered my questions quickly. My husband passed unexpectedly and ****** helped guide me through the process. I was even able to visit the crematory and see my husband one last time. They did an incredible job for my viewing. I never felt pressured at any time and everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you ****** and Neptune Society!

      Wonderful service and information at a very difficult time. Had no previous arrangements made. Neptune Society handled everything and stayed in contact with me through the whole process.

Everything was handled efficiently and compassionately. ******* in the ***************** was so kind and accessible, even in the very early morning.       I want to say I was so satisfied with the service I received from Neptune! Met with *** and he guided me through the process of what I needed to do. Explained what I would need and made the process so much easier for me. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Neptune Society!

      I was very impressed with the Neptune Society personnel. They picked up my husband from our home where he had expired. They were very respectful and kind. They allowed me as much time with him as I needed and never made me feel like I was delaying them. They kept me apprised all through the process and I always knew where my husband was and what was happening. They were very professional without being cold or distant. Grateful that we had pre-paid for this; there were no worries. Everything was taken care of the way they said it would be. Thank you.
