    I purchased sheets from this company. When I received them, having not seen or touched them previously, I opened the package slightly to feel the fabric. The fabric felt itchy and not soft at all. Once I felt the fabric, I closed the package and contacted the company asking to return them. I was told that they do no accept returns. (Apparently that notice of no returns is stated on the website but I did not see it). The no return policy is ridiculous considering I never opened the sheets, I just touched them. I am now stuck having paid over $300.00 for products I can never use. I don't know of any other company that has such an abysmal practice.

    Thank you for reaching out to our GhostBed team.  Our terms are found online, linked in your cart prior to check out, and linked on your order confirmation email.  Only our GhostBed Mattresses and Pillows are covered under a 101 Night Sleep Trial.  You admittedly opened the sheet set to feel the fabric.  Therefore, they are not eligible for a return.

    Very disappointed with Ghostbed. I ordered a hybrid queen through ***** Club recently. The mattress I received came in a hybrid mattress box, but inside stated thank you for ordering a latex memory foam mattress. In addition the tag on the bed says it is made from 100% polyurethane foam pad. The mattress itself if you squish it has no hybrid springs inside and is simply just foam. If I was to cut it open I give a 100% guarantee it would be a memory foam mattress. This is clearly an issue of something being mispackaged and labeled. ***** club has reached out to Ghostbed twice for me now, and both times has stated that the law number and photos prove it's a hybrid mattress. That is incredibly dishonest, I had a photo included thanking me for a memory foam purchase, the tag showing the material, and a photo of me squishing the corner flat proving it's all foam. Being dishonest with all of that information shown as proof is horrifying. Luckily ***** is going to make it right with me, but Ghostbed is a very dirty company by this. I'm going to be continuing to follow up with ***** as well to push them to pursue alternative mattress company relationships. All it takes from Ghostbed to make things right is A.) An apology, and B.) Just send me the mattress I actually ordered. They get the old one back in mint condition and I get the product that was purchased. I would advice anyone considering the purchase of Ghostbed to steer clear. I can see from other reviews they do not have your best interest in mind. I'm not asking for anything beyond what should be expected, no additional compensation or upgrades. It's unfortunate because I'm now in severe back pain because I needed the hybrid for support.

    I got my ghostbed 2 weeks ago and I couldnt be happier. Ive had a lot of lower back issues in the past and the pain has gone down considerably since Ive been sleeping better. Great product.

    I would like to thank **** ********* for his friendliness and knowledge in helping my husband and I choose the best Ghost Bed for us. He not only understood our needs but was able to explain in detail why we would want one mattress vs the other. We received a top notch education on the mechanics of the mattress which was extremely helpful . Each of us desires a certain firmness and for the first time in years our sleep is the best its been.I dont know the education **** received in learning all of this but can only say I would give him an all around rating of 10. ****s personally and loyalty to Ghost bed is way beyond all expectations .Thanks **** and will definitely recommend to our friends and others. ***** ******

    My wife and I have had our Venus Williams mattress & Adjustable Base for over a year now, and it's been game-changing! The firmness is just right and, paired with the base, its helped with snoring/ pain points!! I would highly recommend GhostBed!

    From the start, the shipment of my mattress and frame was bad and not coordinated well. The freight carrier had to delay the delivery several times making me wait for the delivery. It was delayed once because of an issue with the shipping label on Ghostbeds end. I got my mattress delivered with the box damaged and then the frame, which had all the delays, was unexpectedly delivered in my driveway without telling me (several days later the tracking still says its not delivered) and it could have easily been run over by my vehicle backing out because nobody told me it was there or delivered. Whats worse still, the adjustable base (which obviously has electronics and electronic components and is just in a cardboard box) was left out lying flat in deep snow. I have no clue how long it could have been out there for given I had no clue it would be delivered. Ive contacted GhostBed customer support to ask for a remedy for these issues and have been ignored aside from them saying theyll help track the package that still hasnt been marked as delivered yet days after it was left in the snow in my driveway. If they would like to treat their valued customer the way a customer should be treated and respond accordingly to this, I would welcome a remedy for this issue, however, I want to let others know about this experience so they dont run the risk of encountering these issues with the company themselves. I wanted to like the product but this is not the way good ethical business should be conducted. If a paying customer is treated this way and their issues and grievances are not fully addressed appropriately accordingly, I cannot recommend doing business with the company until the issue is remedied by GhostBed.

    I add to the list noted below. I paid close to 2 grand for the classic. 3 years in it was losing its support and sagging . I jumped through the hoops they set up for me. They seen a small stain on the mattress cover and jumped on it as voiding the warranty. Some how it affected both sides of the mattress! They had no intention of working with the buyer in this instance. They looked for any and every excuse. This **************** should be ashamed of themselves. The front line team are well versed in how to discourage and deny customers.. They ask plenty $$ but once you get it dont expect anything . I challenge for someone to write a comment where the warranty actually came through for them.

    DO NOT BUY FROM GHOSTBED I ordered the all in one mattress foundation and followed the instructions exactly to put it together, but there is nothing to secure the bars together to when you go to put the mattress on it ALL COMES APART. I called customer service and they told me to PUT TAPE ON A BRAND NEW MATTRESS FRAME, and told me that once its opened there are no returns, so I am stuck with a BROKEN FRAME THAT I CANT USE

    Ghost Bed is a deceitful company that Has left us with an unusable mattress. He the warnings in these reviews. Everything that they State about Ghost Bed is absolutely true. Their no customer service will lie to you and you will never be able to return a mattress, no matter what the reason. We were misled about the level of firmness and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. We called within the warranty/return policy and they denied a return. They also said that the return policy starts from the day that you order the mattress And said well, you shouldve known this because its in the frequently asked questions. Im sure they realize that most people that are looking to purchase a mattress generally would not go to frequently asked questions.If you purchased yours through ******* you can definitely return it to them. I was going to order it through ****** and they told me no order it through them! Even though I was duped and scammed by Ghost Bed, ****** does carry them. I have been a ****** member for many years and I feel obligated to let corporate ****** know about Ghost Bed.
