    I keep getting charged ***** from this company and I have not bought anything from them nor receiving anything either. I'm curious to how this all started but above all I want to not be charged and get a refund of my money back for I have been scammed.

    On Nov. 5th at approximately 2:10 am there were 2 unauthorized withdrawals from my cash app account in the amounts of $9.99 and $24.80. These charges were NOT made or authorized by me.

    I noticed that your office has been trying to charge my debit card namely my cash app card for money on a number of occasions. Please stop doing so. My debit card was stolen and was used to purchase things on the Internet that I don't care to know about. I have reached out to these people and explained everything to them so hopefully by now it's settled..I will get in touch with my attorney next to see if anyone who has taken money or keeps attempting to take my money be held liable. Thank you for your time.

In your case, only two charges were incurred, totaling $7.95. These have been refunded and the credit card has been added to the ******** negative database to prevent further charges. The account associated with these transactions has also been terminated.

    I don't know this company and I seen they tried to debit my bank card for the amount $49.99 and have never used there services before

    I've located a profile for an adult social-dating site (instabang.com) with a monthly subscription charge from April 3rd for $9.95 which was already canceled. Your billing history also shows a few other recurring subscription services selected during check out that have been canceled as well. 

    The charges have been refunded and the credit card on file was blocked to prevent further charges on the site. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with.

    After recently doing my accounting for the year 2022, I noticed unusual charges on my card (14 charges within 2 weeks) all at different prices. Some were $4.99 and range up to $49.99. Since this was **************************************************************************************** my books I finally looked into it. After spending a little time I found this company was the one doing it and I couldn't find any information as to what this company even does. I called the company stating the issue and the lady was only able to look me up by the last 4 of my card which was weird. Once she found my "profile" she read off an email that I had never heard of. I immediately knew this was some sort of fraud. Before I could finish counting how many charges there was she quickly chimes in to tell me they refunded 6 charges in June of last year because the card was "blacklisted". I kept trying to get information out of her and she wouldn't tell me directly what was going on other than they had already refunded some of the charges. I still had 8 other charges to resolve and she said they can only refund up to the past 6 months and that there's nothing she can do. The charges totaled $415 and they refunded $190. I'm out $225 which is not the end of world and mainly my own fault for not catching this. However, I was more interested in finding out how this happened and she wouldn't tell me anything other than sorry. I still have no idea what this company is and she wouldn't tell me either. Clearly a fraudulent operation and if you're reading this I would stay away from this company. I wasted 10 minutes of my day writing this review but I hope it can save someone else money and time down the road. The charge reads as LCA-HUS.COM on your credit card statement by the way.

    I understand that you are reporting fraud for charges made over 6 months ago on a dating site. As you may already be aware, our policy has a reasonable time limit of reporting fraud disputes within 6 months of when the transaction first occurred. This policy is in place to ensure we can work together to investigate the incident, prevent future instances of fraud and resolve disputes in a timely manner. The matter was escalated by the agent after your call and is currently being reviewed by our Billing department. 

    As far as how this may have happened, we can only speculate it was done by someone with access to your credit card and personal information. Our online ****** requires full name, credit card, cvv and zip code. If the information does not match, then a transaction is declined or in some cases flagged when a bank suspects fraud. Our research thus far, indicates that fraud alerts were not triggered by your bank for those transactions. We highly recommend setting up fraud alerts on your card to increase security and safeguard your information.

    We take instances of fraud very seriously and appreciate you taking the time to report this to us. We'll be in touch with you once we complete the investigation on this matter.

    This company is trying to take $49.95 off my card for something I didn't sign up for. Please remove me and my card.

    The company repeatedly takes money out of my account very odd amounts of money ranging from 95 cents to $69 they attempt to do it twice a day everyday for the past several weeks

    I've located a subscription trial for Fling that started on October 20th for $0.95. Once that expired an upgrade was attempted for $69.95 on10/27/22 which was declined by your bank. After that another prepaid card was used for the $24.95 promotional upgrade rate and that was successful.
