    On September 24th my credit card was charged 95 cents. Such a small amount I did not notice. The same day the same company tried to charge me twice $*****. And the charge was declined because I didn't have my card unlocked. On the 26th I forgot to lock my card and I was charged ***** and my money was taken out of my account. Now I noticed that much being taken out of my account and I filed the complaint with my bank. They told me it's better if I do it on my own. So on the 27th they tried to charge my account again for another $49.60 this time twice and it didn't go through because there's no money. Then again on the 28th same thing two charges ****. And then again on Saturday another two charges of $49.60 that were declined because by this time I had already blocked them. Now I have never gone on to whatever website they are. They are a complete scam company trying to steal money. I want my money back. And I want them to stop trying to charge me and completely like destroy my records of my credit card number. And I want the company shut down. Now I don't live too far from the company I can go burn it down myself I mean shut it down myself. But I'm trying to be civil about this thank you.

    We've only been able to locate an old profile from 2021 registered with this email address. Nothing was active on that profile and it has been blocked. If you have current charges, please provide us with the last 4 digits of the card charged or an email address that *** be associated with those transactions.

    I don't click on unknown links that's some shade you know what. 

    The last for are numbers of my card ****. I don't have the slightest clue about email

    Hi ******,

    Appreciate you providing those details, a profile was found with that information. However, your bank has already initiated the chargeback process for the $49.95 charge. They should provide a credit once it's been settled. We were able to refund the smaller charge for $0.95. The credit will be shown on your statement as soon as your bank approves the refund authorization. 

    For safety measures, your credit card was blocked on the ******** database in order prevent further fraudulent or unauthorized use of your information with our merchant. Lastly, here's a masked version of the email address used with your billing information, e*********************. We've also blocked that profile on our site.

    This company says it will give to a trial for a few days for 79 cent. The same day it changes $50 and random amounts since last week

    Hi ****,

    I've reviewed your billing history and found there was an opt-in during registration for early upgrade access. When the upgrade is selected this bills $49.95 and immediately grants you full access to the site. I understand this may have been an oversight and a refund has been issued to the credit card on file. Please note that your bank may take **** business days to process the refund authorization and reflect the credit on your statement.
