1 starThis is a terrible business with terrible customer support and management. My daughters needed their immunization documents. They just got their 1 year shots this month. The immunization form they submitted with the state says it expires in a month. The daycare is rejecting this document. They say the expiration date is too soon. Pediatrics associates refuses to correct their mistake. Folks, its nice to have a large system with many doctors and that was what i wanted but i realized too soon that the lack of attention and incompetence is not worth it. You want to talk to your doctor's office? You cant. You can only call a main line where none of the options is "talk to an agent". You cannot talk to a human unless you are scheduling an appointment or paying your bill. You have been warned.Review fromMichelle L

1 starThe Office Manager is a lying racist. She uses the Town of Miami Lakes MPDP as her security. She rudely speaks to the parents with issues with Attitude snapping fingers, and yelling in the middle of the hallway. All while both Doctors and Staff watched the behavior. In return, the police were called for the removal of me and my children and refused service after A Docotor apologized for her behavior and told me they would see my children for their annual. The office is fully disorganized. I hope an investigation is done and everyone is sued and fired from that location.Review fromDanielle B

1 starDoctors are excellent but manager is rude. Front desk fail to their job after the doctor put in the lab work for my baby X ray Monday evening. I was told my baby was not put on the schedule wasted my time to take her for the given appointment for 11:15 on Tuesday July 2 , 2024 given by the doctor. The receptionist went and spoke with the manager as they were walking back to her computer , I was annoyed and frustrated , the manager had the nerve to ask me if I was looking at the receptionist or was I looking at her the manager . So unprofessional and poor customer service to deal with a customer. Then she had the nerve to put a restriction on me from that office when it was their fault in the first place and refuse my baby treatment because they didnt properly do their job. She informed the receptionist not to put my baby on the schedule for the afternoon schedule. She restricted my baby from seeing a doctor that I like so much because of her disrespectful manner.Review fromConnie W

1 starThis is the worst pediatrician office I ever encounter. They took forever to signed a document. **************** said they will call me back and they never did. Even when is an urgent matter they don't care to follow up. They don't even have consideration or any adaptation to treat a special needs family. I don't understand how they are still in business ??Review fromCarlos E

1 starI have never been to a pediatric dr ****** so disorganized, so rude, and with so many data inputs. Makes me wonder if your selling information or what purpose it's for. Additionally my eldest daughter felt so uncomfortable and violated that were never going back. One would expect that there's policies for girls and boys to be seen by an appropriate same *** dr/pa . Well not this case. And I am disgusted and borderline thinking about proper action. Additionally the time of appointment is irrelevant. There's always a 1-2hr difference, ridiculous. So when I went for the last time for my youngest daughter and I arrive 15 min before appointment and staff states they can't register her yet. That was the cherry on top. I understand things are tough and places get busy sometimes but this facility should hire more respectful and curious staff and implement a gender rule for elder kids. I'm a highly disappointed customer moving away from this clinicReview fromSandra D

1 starI am writing to formally register a complaint regarding the services provided by Pediatric Associates to my daughter on December 2nd, 2023. Despite numerous attempts to rectify the situation, I have encountered significant difficulty in reaching a resolution with the facility. On November 18th, 2023, I contacted one of Pediatrics Associates members to scheduling an appointment for ********* for her annual examination for December before her vacations. During the conversation, I specifically asked whether the examination recommended for *********, despite being before the 12-month period, would be covered by our insurance. The staff member assured me that the examination could proceed, and our insurance would cover the expenses. Trusting in this information, I scheduled the appointment for *********.However, upon receiving the bill for the services rendered on December 2nd, 2023, it came to my attention that the examination was not covered by our health insurance This discrepancy between the information provided by their staff member and the reality of our insurance coverage has caused undue financial strain and confusion for my family.Despite my repeated attempts to contact Pediatric Associates, both by phone and through certified letters sent to the facility, the doctor, and the billing department, I have received no response. It is deeply concerning that my attempts to address this issue have been met with silence and indifference from this organization.Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness from Pediatric Associates has left me feeling frustrated and neglected as a parent of a patient and caregiver. It is unacceptable that this facility has disregarded my attempts to resolve this matter in good faith.Review fromolga c

1 starMy daughter is a patient of the **************** since she was a toddler. My daughter now is in her early stage of Teenager. The **************** staff are unprofessional, they don't have appointments for Lab's they have a ************** but no Lab Technician to do the work. My daughter is over due for Labs, I visited the office in July because my daughter was sick, I passed by the ************** and a young was working. I asked her about an appointment and she told me that I had to call. On this date my daughter had to use to the restroom, I took her and noticed that door handle lock was not working and there was no hand soap. I have since ***** tried to request a Lab appointment and I am always told that there no appointments and they try to offer me something in another office that is not close by. I managed to received a call from a Manager that did not introduce herself, she scheduled an appointment for a Saturday in July and she told me that she had to call me the day before to confirm the Tech would go in to work. My daughter injured her back so I was forced to cancel the appointment and ever since I have not been able to schedule the appointment. I tried to speak with a Manager about this and the call center takes messages and says someone will call me back. I am so stressed with this clinic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.Review fromMS T

1 starI couldn't agree more with the other reviewers ... their billing department is horrible!!! They don't have any follow through and nothing about the experience is personal. You are transferred to a "call in" in another country and can NEVER speak with someone in your actual office. I have been on hold for 30+ minutes at times. I've left voice messages, written emails through the patient portal and even asked the front desk at my local office to help facilitate a refund that they acknowledge they owe me. Still nothing after months. UNACCEPTABLE.
