      On 5/10/2024 a ******************* was purchased and scheduled for 5/12/2024 The person who made the reservation scheduled it for the incorrect date. I will be going out of town and i am unable to use the gift card by end of May and the business is refusing to refund me or allow me to speak to the owner. No services and have been rendered like the policy says and they refuse to honor my refund. In addition, the establishment needs to be inspected it truly is falling apart and looks like a hole in the wall. All ****** reviews are terrible and the inside is unkept.

      Dear *******************, 
      You are correct you did book a service for Mothers Day and the scheduler booked you for the wrong date. When you called we apologized for the error that the employee made.  You were then scheduled for another date.  However as you stated, you could not make that date and wanted a refund. We explained that we do not offer refunds but that you can use that money towards any service at any time. It would never expire.  Our refund policy is clearly stated on our Website and on our brochures.  We regret that things went the way they did.  
      We subsequently received an email from you to which we replied.  The reason that the matter was not addressed further is because we are awaiting a reply from you as to whether you did a charge back or not.  One cannot ask for a refund and also do a chargeback at the same time.   We would be more than willing to settle matters with you once we hear back from you.
