    I recently purchased a vehicle and wanted to transfer my existing tag. The dealership gave me a temporary tag and informed me the transfer and registration process would take up to two weeks. However, when I followed up, I was directed to the receptionist, Lexi, for an update. Unfortunately, she was dismissive and unhelpful, stating it could take up to *********************************************** concern for my situation.This is especially frustrating because my apartment complex enforces booting for vehicles with temporary tags after 14 days. Had I known the process would take this long, I would have handled the registration myself.Despite repeated emails and phone calls, Ive yet to receive a clear response regarding the status of my tag. On a positive note, the salesperson ******* and the finance representative were both professional, kind, and helpful during the purchase process.Its disappointing that the customer ********************** experience after the sale has not matched the professionalism shown during it. I hope this is an isolated issue and not a reflection of the dealerships overall customer care culture.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration the customer  experienced during the tag transfer process following his recent vehicle purchase.
    We acknowledge that our receptionist, Lexi, did not meet the level of service we strive to deliver. We have addressed this internally to ensure that all team members handle customer inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
    We are pleased to confirm that the issue has been fully resolved and his registration and tag have been successfully processed and delivered. According to the state law we have about 30 days to finish the tag process. We understand how important timely vehicle registration isespecially given the policies at your residenceand we regret any added stress this may have caused.
    We also appreciate Mr. ******** kind words regarding ******* and our finance representative. his positive feedback has been shared with them, and were glad they helped make his purchase experience a good one.
    Please rest assured that his experience is not reflective of our overall customer care standards, especially that he had a unique situation and we are actively improving our post-sale communication processes to better support customers going forward.

    I bought both my vehicles here, was ok, ****** was great, he always answer his phone no matter what, thank you ******. The other Caribbean man the manager, he was also very helpful. When it comes to the title and license who ever works there needs a new job, the most unprofessional people I encounter, I asker before if they can put my DV tags on the specified vehicle. Instead they put it on the wrong one, I asked for them to change it to how I want to and that was a mess they had the *** numbers mixed up luckily I didnt get pulled over. They said I had to fix it myself. Made appt went to the *** it turned out that they didnt close it out. I waited a few weeks made another Appointment with the **** Took time off at work to fix my tags. I went and the *** said that it is still not close with the dealership, took another day off to fix it I am at the *** and 2 months later they still havent close my paperwork so I can get my DV plates for there mess up. The entire paper work has been h*** no one answers the phone in that area, no matter what time you call. I dont usually ever write reviews but this I had to share. Still waiting..

    They asked for all information to steal someones identity just to get a quote on taxes

    We apologize for the misunderstanding with the gentleman. Our system, DMV Nationwide, requires a customer's social security number and date of birth for some states to provide an accurate quote on taxes and tags. We tried to explain this to the customer, even offering to show them how the system works through a picture and a FaceTime call.
    We are especially careful with customers' information, particularly when handling out-of-state or remote transactions. This ensures that the applicant is truly who they claim to be. At Autoshow Sale and Service, our employees, owners, and management take consumer privacy very seriously and make every effort to protect personal information.

    Stay away from this Dealer! I picked a vehicle for my business, Gave a down payment and had to wait on them for a week while they fix a problem with the vehicle which I accepted. The day that I should have picked up the vehicle I received a call to tell sorry but ********** the night before...What??? Stay away Stay Away you have been Warned!!!
