      ******* was great ! He showed up on time , diagnosed the problem. He explained the repairs and costs and fixed all in short time. I have tried a lot of AC companies and I will call Lindstrom for my next problem !

      The drip pan in my Trane air handler cracked, causing the condensation water to leak. Lindstrom identified the problem and ordered a replacement. The part, but not the labor, was under warranty. When the part arrived, it took the serviceman about one hour to do the replacement. I was then charged $1,487.50 for this one-hour repair. When I called Lindstrom to correct this overcharge, they said that it was their standard charge for this repair, and it was not based on the time it actually took. I spoke to a manager in the service department, and was told that they would not make any reduction of the charge. In summary, Lindstrom charged me $1,487.50 for a one-hour repair, and so I urge everyone to avoid the Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing company.

      Always an excellent experience with Lindstrom. **************** is efficient and available 24/7. Just had my semi annual service. Very professional and thorough. I would not consider using any other service.

      I am a longtime customer at this excellent local company, Lindstrom AC & Plumbing, who I rely on to help keep my home safe and comfortable. with each service call by their professional, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. Patsy at home base continually represents LIndstrom as a company who is familiar with and cares about customer needs. Because Lindstrom is not the type of company who is always only out to sell something, I do rely on what they offer, which is reliable AC and plumbing equipment, of good quality and follow-up service. I like to support quality local companies. Lindstrom is fair and reasonable for what they offer. And they offer a quality, professional staff representing the company. And they are always there for customer concerns, questions, or problems.

      We have been loyal Lindstrom customers for more than 10 years. Their maintenance and service have been excellent. Their technicians are highly qualified experts at their trade and are punctual, efficient and friendly. The Trane units they sold us have performed exceptionally well. When weve had infrequent A/C issues, theyve responded promptly to resolve the problem. Overall, Lindstrom sets and achieves a high bar for a service organizations.

      I bought my existing A/C System from Lindstrom Air Conditioning 11 years ago and have had them Service My System ever since. They are quick to call back, they have been at my house as late as 1 AM, to fix my system, and every Technician they send out is very friendly and well qualified. I am in the process of selling my house and had a problem with the inspection. I called Lindstrom and in a matter of hours, the Inspection was fixed. I will miss Lindstrom and would highly recommend them for all your Air Conditioning Needs.

      One year ago Lindstrom air conditioning installed our new ac. Everything from the first call to installation has been an absolute pleasure. Now one year later for our annual maintenance Lindstrom did not disappoint. Our service technician ***** arrived punctually with a smile and shoe coverings. He was great. He ordered filters for the next year, made sure we understood the thermostat and the app to control the temperature from our phone. Lindstrom must take good care of their employees. Everyone we encountered has been with them for many years. Love the old school **************** where they do everything to make you happy and your ac running like a champion! Thank you Lindstrom.
