    Mr *** installed a new ******** Standard AC unit, compressor and air handler, at our home January 19th and 20th.. We had numerous issues at their "completion" of install. The fan was blowing like a tropical storm through vents, dipswitch for this was set too high, finally resolved this on March 24th after repeated requests. My ************ RA2 compatible thermostat was replaced with a lesser incompatible one on install. They could not retrieve my existing one and I waited until late March for the replacement that I'm hoping is Lutron compatible. The worst grievance is that install was completed without any air filtration. My wife suffers from asthma and allergies. There was an ******** Standard AccuClean powered filtration unit on my previous unit and they were to reinstall with new unit, They did not. It was recovered at their shop, finally reinstalled, and not working. This was on March 24th. I have since contacted them many times via phone on this issue with no response yet. Over the course of this, since late January, I have had numerous calls with them, emails, and going to their place of business once, response and action was dismal. I had written them a demand letter for performance back on February 27th, Sadly, this was once a very good company that the owner had sold a few years back. We had been with them since our home rebuild in 2011. I've never had such poor "bad" quality of service from any company for the last three homes I've owned here in ********** since ****! Please advise me on next steps I can take towards a satisfactory resolution, through state agencies or the courts. Thank you for your efforts in our regard, ************************************
