      I have a backpack that was issued by my employer. I have had it less than 2 years and the inside compartment has ripped and I need to place a warranty claim but ********* will not exchange for their defaults.

      On May 11, I submitted a claim for my backpack, which ripped near the top of the bag at the seam. The zipper runs along the edge of this seam and has weakened it. As a result, the seam ripped internally. I filed the claim and was approved. The company required me to cut the tags out and tape them onto a claim form, pay for the mailing of the form with the tags, and wait. After doing all this, they refuse to honor the warranty and replace the backpack, and instead send an email with a 15% off coupon to order another. I'm unable to respond to them because they closed the online claim form without providing an explanation. In addition, I purchased the backpack for $90, and now to replace it with a new one, it is $130.

      I purchased a backpack for my 13yr old son for back to school. It was purchased from ******. ********* was the manufacturer of the backpack. They do warranty items purchased direct from them as well as from certain retailers. ****** is one of those retailers. Within 6 months, of carrying the backpack and using the side mesh bottle holder, the bottom of the bottle holder tore. They refuse to replace the backpack or refund the money spent on the grounds of "normal wear and tear". They offered a 15% off coupon instead. As if I would spend 85% for a product made by a company that handles warranty claims this way. I specifically bought this backpack because I believed in the quality. The bottleholder tearing as a result of normal use, is NOT wear and tear, especially if it's been used less than a year. This claim was originally filed and assigned number: ID G1F4NSCM72G, but was closed withut resolution from them. I refiled and the new Assigned number is: ID *********** Thank You for your time.

      The backpack I purchased just over 2 years ago started ripping at the seam which exacerbated the tear making it worse. The companies warranty is 5 years and is a huge hassle to submit a claim. They require you to ruin the backpack you have by cutting off *** labels and their logo label. In the meantime, they don't respond to your claim in an appropriate timeframe. I waited 2 months and sent multiple emails, then had to call just to get someone to respond to my claim. Another 2 weeks went by before I finally got a notification that the damage is normal "wear and tear" so basically they're warranty doesn't cover anything because everything can be considered wear and tear. They offered me 10% off a new product. What a joke! The *** said she would send it up for further review. A week later, after I emailed them again, she comes back and said I was approved for 30% off. What????? This company is sick with regards to customer service. No wonder they have such a low rating and aren't accredited. They would fail instantly.

      I bought a ********* carry-on expecting quality and support. The wheels were damaged after light use, so I filed a warranty claim. They approved it and told me to cut out the seam labels and mail themwhich I did, paying out of pocket for shipping.After that? Silence. No replies to my emails. Then suddenly: claim denied. Now Im left with no warranty, no usable bag, no labelsand no response.

      I purchased two ********* Hard Side Model 7272 luggage from ****** for a total of $345.98. The luggage was delivered on January 5, 2025. The luggage was used for the first time on March 5, 2025, just under 60 days from purchase, when we checked into a major airline for a flight to ******. Upon arriving at our hotel and opening both suitcases, we found that the clothing in both suitcases was wet. Many had tone sent to a cleaners. There was no visible signs of damage to the suitcases. We cannot see where they both leaked, probably the zippers. First I immediately contacted ******. Because the purchase was over 30 days prior, ****** had no protection and referred me to the manufacturer. ********* provided an online form. I provided the invoice, pictures of the suitcases, pictures of the labels inside the suitcases, and pictures of the wet clothes. Every time I missed something ********* wanted, I immediately responded with more documentation. When I finally submitted all the documentation, I never heard back from *********. I sent related emails to its customer service address, but no reply. I called its customer service number multiple times, always had to leave my name, phone number, and email address, but ********* never called back. I have asked for return shipping labels to get the suitcases back to ********* and a complete refund. The luggage was expensive and supposed to be high quality. but this happened. I do not want a replacement; I want to return the suitcases, at the company's expense, and I want a complete refund. Thank you.

      I purchased a Swiss Gear backpack, and over time, a hole developed at the bottom due to substandard material. In addition to this defect, I experienced other issues with the backpack, all of which were detailed in my warranty claim.I submitted my claim in 2024 and made multiple attempts to follow up with Swiss Gear, but I received no response. At one point, I was asked to provide a label that did not exist on the backpack. After researching online, I discovered that this appears to be a common issue experienced by other customers.After months of waiting, I finally received a response stating:After a review of your claim, it was determined that your issue was a result of accidental damages, improper handling, or excessive damages caused by the customer or common carrier.This determination is incorrect and unacceptable. The issue with the backpack was due to defective material, not accidental damage or misuse. I am requesting that Swiss Gear uphold the terms of their warranty and provide a replacement for my backpack.

      The luggage purchased in August 2023 had a 10 year warranty and I have been trying to file a warranty claim for months. The phone number for the company does not ever connect with someone and will stay on hold for ***** minutes before saying nobody is available and disconnecting. Chat service on the website never has a response. The store where it was purchased cannot help since it is outside their return window and they provided the phone number for their supplier, Group III International. This is the same number that does not ever have staff working. The items retail value was $169.99.

      I purchased ********* 4010 Softside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Black Carry-On 18-Inch through ********** in May of 2023 for $137.79. On my 3rd or 4th trip the handle started having trouble closing -- it was a nuisance at first but became unusable in late 2024. Checking the warranty information I found that the product was under warranty and filed a claim on Jan 27, 2025. After almost 3 weeks with no response, not even an acknowledgement, I contacted the merchant through the Contact Us form on their warranty site (Feb 15, 2025). That also went unanswered so 10 days later I tried the Contact Us form on their retail site (Feb 25, 2025). Also unanswered so I started trying to call ***************** I attempted to call at least 5 times over a few days each time being told that the hold time was ~4 minutes and then after 4 minutes received an automated message that no one is available and I was hung up on.Eight unanswered attempts to contact them is really starting to feel like the company may be a fraud so I'm asking for your help in contacting the vendor, escalating my issue, and processing my warranty claim for a repair or replacement suitcase.
