      Hi I bought on ****** may 1 2024 a luggage set of 3 from swiss gear after few normal using it locally the wheels of 2 luggage's all peeled off and they're totally unusable I submitted twice online for from ********* and submitted pictures (as seen below) and No one ever responded to my claim I tried to CALL them email them CHAT to them I never got to a live person to talk to I left serval messages and No one returned the call meanwhile I needed to travel I bought a new set from ****** and paid again in few months apart 2 luggage sets I feel it's totally unacceptable from swiss gear they sell me an item with 3 years warranty and then they're no where to be found or to speak to anyone I would like to get my money refunded and if they want me to return the defect they should provide me with box and label thanks for the opportunity cause I'm trying 4 months to get to someone

      the case is not closed yet. The additional information was provided. I was asked to send in tags to have my claim checked further. Pictures of the tags were provided so I dont know what the point is.

      I have since spoken to a representative at ********* who has advised me a new backpack will be sent to my home. Hopefully this is resolved very soon.

      On January 10th 2025 I arrived in ********* with a Swiss Gear set I bought in December, this was my first time using the suitcase, I set the *** locks at the birthday of my late wife so surely I know that date, one of the suitcases open with no problem, the bigger one wouldn't open at all and I'm thousands of miles away from home and I needed to get to my belongings, no other choice I had to rip open the bag and buy a new suitcase to put my belongings in, I did contact Swiss Gear to inform them but haven't heard anything from them, I want to make sure no one else goes through this without any response from the retailer, first time using it, I would like either another suitcase of equal value or refund.

      I purchased a backpack November 2024...I received wrong item in mail. It took me 4 weeks to get ahold of someone to get order corrected. I received item i had ordered but my son dud not like the item. I finally got ahold of business after another 4 weeks. I received an email January 28, 2025 telling me I would receive refund in 10 business days. I have not received refund yet and I have reached out ********** via email and phone. I can never get anyone on the phone and no one responds to email.

      I bought a backpack from them in 2019, and the zipper fell off in 2024. I contacted the company because they have a great warranty, and they asked for photos of it. I sent photos and they agreed it would be covered under the warranty and that I'd receive store credit for a new bag. They sent me forms to fill out and requested I cut off and mail a Tag A, and to absolutely not cut off and mail Tag B. They received my forms and said I'd sent them the wrong tag, and told me to send them Tag B. I confirmed that they wanted me to send them the tag they told me to absolutely not send, and they said that their forms had been incorrect and now they're correct, but yes, to send Tag B. I sent it. And then they stopped responding to any communication. I can't get ahold of anyone there in the past two months.

      I purchased a SWISSGEAR 5358 USB ScanSmart Laptop Backpack SKU: ********** Color:**** ******* From ********* on Jan *******. I received a package from them on Jan ******* of the incorrect item. I received a ***** purse laptop bag from them I did not order and no backpack. I have tried emailing, customer service and calling them repeatedly and you cannot ever get through or contacted by anyone. At this point I would like my ****** refunded I spent on the backpack.

      I received a carry-on size luggage for my wedding in October 2024. We used the carry-on luggage for our honeymoon in December 2024. Prior to even boarding the plane, we noticed that the seams of the luggage were unraveled. There was a clear manufacturing defect as the luggage had never been used. The seam openings were about 3 inches wide. I contacted ********* for a warranty - which their company guarantees - and their response was the claim had ineligible product damage. How is the product damage 'ineligible' when it is solely the manufacturers responsibility? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the customer service. My additional requests regarding the warranty have been blatantly ignored. They offered a 15% discount on one item which is a slap in the face seeing as the website currently is running a promotion for 20% off any item. I will never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I be purchasing from them again. Their customer service is horrid, they do NOT stand behind their warranties, and their products are downright awful if they come straight out of the manufacturing plant with very obvious defects.

      I ordered a backpack from ********* in early December, the company sent me the wrong one. I have not been able to reach customer service through any means (phone or email).

      You only allow 5 photos which is exactly how many screenshots I took and attached to this reply to show you the claim I submitted which I was given ID: **********. I will happily send you the other 5 Screenshots that will reveal my girlfriend's claim which was assigned ID: ***********. Exact verbiage and photos were taken seconds apart.m, as mentioned word for word. Can you please just give me a full replacement like you did her so I can put this to rest. I have attached a screenshot of my girlfriend's discount voucher number for you. If you use her email address you will see her identical case with photos with exact damage.I have your called your customer service number numerous times only to get a recording that no customer service representatives are available. Please read the verbiage submitted in the above case numbers and respectively reconsider a Full Replacement like you gave her versus a 15% Discount Coupon you offered me.

      I would suspect t it was because once the shredding got worse we were basically having to drag the bags because they would no longer roll. It was an awful experience for both of us.
