  Boxes were categorized by room and stacked accordingly. The crew checked in every so often to confirm preferences. I didnt have to guess where anything went. It made the unpacking so much easier. Their attention to setup saved me hours later on.

  Careful doesnt even begin to describe them. They brought extra padding and tools I didnt even think of. WOW, that made all the difference. Not one ding on the walls or doorways. Even the fragile glass set arrived intact. Easily a five-star experience.

  I strongly urge others to avoid Finest *********************** move was delayed well past the promised window, with zero proactive communication. When the truck finally arrived, the delivery was interruptedoutside agents came to seize the truck due to serious legal issues. At that point, half of my belongings were still inside. This was deeply distressing and placed my property at risk through no fault of my own. It didnt even feel realthats how insane this move has been.I was quoted based on a per-pound rate and told Id receive a final cost adjusted by the actual weightthats in the contract. That never happened. I was given no proof of weight, no itemized receipt, and no paperwork to sign upon deliveryjust a PDF of my contract with $0 and a verbal demand for the full estimated amount.I ended up paying over $4,100 total (between pickup and delivery, not including my deposit) with no clarity or documentation.This is clearly a problem with how Finest Fellas operates as a broker, not the actual movers. The entire experience was unprofessional and incredibly stressful.If I hadnt insisted and paid blindly, I might never have gotten my stuff at all. Im actively pursuing a refund and filing a formal complaint with the ******Spend the money for a cohesive, reputable experience. It costs more upfront, but it will absolutely save you money and sanity in the long run. This was so ******** your researchyou do not want this experience.
