  My move was done without any issues and they even offered help to put my furniture together at the new place! Fantastic service, I would definitely recommend Finest Fellas Moving and Storage!

  I wouldn't even give a star if I could. Up until they receive their 35% deposit they are available and responsive. Once they have their money they don't communicate with the moving companies they hire. They do not respond in a timely manner if at all. They give you a price, say no hidden fees and they are being dishonest. They said 35%, the balance paid upon delivery. The contract you receive says 50% on pickup. I called before the movers came and was assured that was common contract language but nothing would be sure at pickup. I also told them they were missing an item on inventory and they said they'd take care of it. When the movers arrived they asked for 50% and my item that I told Finest Fellas was missing as not added. I called and told they'd call back in 5 minutes. 2 hours later they still didn't call and I had to go through the booking choice versus the already a costumer because no one was answering the #2 dial option. Finally got the 50% resolved but because they didn't add the item it had to be left. Next when the movers called to deliver my furniture I was asked to pick up the truck driver to see if I would have to payy an altruism shuttle fee. Against my better judgement I agreed to pick up a total stranger. 5 miles still from my house be said O'd have to pay an additional $540 for low hanging branches 5 miles away from where I live. I called Finest Fellas and was told it's my job to pickup and help the movers move my furniture. I asked to speak to someone else, was told no because I didn't start with "good morning". I was then told to rent a uhual and hire movers from them to move my furniture from the semi to the uhual to be delivered on top of the money I paid Finest Fellas to move my furniture. I was also told I should know my neighborhood, mind you I was moving from ******* to *********. I'm new here. Long story long, they will not honor what they say, they are unprofessional and thwy do not care once they get their 35%. Do not recommend!

  I mistakenly trusted this terrible company to handle my relocation and it has been the absolute worst experience of my life! AVOID THESE ******** THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT EVERY ASPECT OF THE MOVE!! My $9,000 sleep number bed frame showed up completely destroyed and the mattress didn't show up at all until a week later, COMPLETELY DESTROYED TOTAL LOSS!! My attorney is now involved, these people should not be allowed to conduct business in any state!! I should have known better when they showed up in an old U-HAUL TRUCK!!

  I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Finest Fellas moving company, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin?Firstly, they provided me with a verbal quote, which should have been my first red flag. They never bothered to email me a written quote, as if they were trying to conceal their shady practices from the get-go. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any sort of documentation out of them. Classic bait-and-switch tactics at their finest.Once they had my money, they conveniently "forgot" to send me a receipt. Despite numerous attempts to follow up via phone, they conveniently ignored my inquiries. Transparency? Forget about it. They slapped on an extra hour for driving, even though the move was just 20 ft within my building. And don't get me started on the sneaky fuel charges they conveniently failed to mention upfront. It's as if they thrive on deception and manipulation.And let's talk about customer service, or lack thereof. Trying to get in touch with a manager was impossible, Despite my persistent efforts over the course of a week, I never received a callback. It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers once they've pocketed their money.Finest Fellas should learn how to treat their customers with respect and professionalism. If only they serviced other counties, I wouldn't have fallen victim to the incompetence of Finest Fellas.

  Worst possible moving experience (and I've moved over 8x in the last 10 years). PLEASE save yourself the money and headache. This company is so shady, so disreputable, don't know how they are still in business. I'm a single person that moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to another in Flagler Village, ************* (building was 600 ft away) and the "2 guys and a truck" they sent milked the clock like you wouldn't believe (I had the elevators reserved in both buildings) yet somehow this became an 8 hour job... they'd bring up a single tote bag at a time - not sure if they were just incompetent or if they have been instructed to take their sweet time. I was promised 10% credit as per the flyer and the owners have been promising this for 4 months now... Movers also didn't have the proper tools to remove the ** mounts as previously discussed when booking them so that was an additional cost incurred. Move cost me over $1500 to move 600 feet. (mind you I was already packed, just needed to load a truck and move it into the new apartment). Never ever ever use this company!!

  Unprofessional, does not respond to my complaint. Charged me more at end, and took advantage of my rushed moved. Didn't watch them pack, and after, realized that they just threw things in boxes I already had, which caused some broken items, and after repeated calls, finally answered and said they would send me a claim form. Never did, so thru texts after a few more weeks I said just give me back $400 to cover damages and be done, *****, the owner, agreed and then was supposed to send me a release form. Of course he didn't, and never answers my calls or texts at all anymore. I'm disgusted!

  Horrible service and customer support. Quoted one price charged a much higher cost. Items held hostage at storage unit until we paid for them to unload. We were told they would document the unloading of items since we couldnt be there but that was not done. Items damaged and some items even missing including a portable ac unit. Terrible workers and owner. We were told they would reimburse for the damages and missing items but just keep getting the run around from management. Would give no stars if allowed. DO NOT USE THEM!

  Simply horrible. They gave me a verbal quote and never emailed me the written quote. They kept lying even after I paid them, saying that they sent the receipt and never did; never replied to my emails. They charged me an extra hour for driving, even though the total amount of time included the drive; plus they charged for fuel, which would be okay, if they were transparent about it from the start. They hid these charges so that their pricing may seem more competitive, as they know customers are shopping around and may go with the most affordable quote. The guys broke my dresser and blamed it on the manufacturer; and I was very generous with my tip. This is a European marble dresser that's very expensive. The owner never called back to address the issue. Now I'm finding more items that got damaged. I moved several times with another mover called Big Star in Palm Beach County. That company is amazing. The guys were careful every time. I wish Big Star serviced other counties. I will never hire Finest Fellas and will be sure to tell everyone I know!

  This client moved from *******, ** to **********, **  - approximately one hour from pickup to destination. The client was billed for **** hours of labor including the travel from ************** off. Meaning, **** hours of this time was used loading and offloading. Clients pickup location had stairs. This is a very fair, reasonable, and efficient move. All household good carriers charge a form of travel/transportation/fuel we do charge an additional hour for travel and percentage of the job in fuel. This appears clearly on our bill of lading that is signed and acknowledged PRIOR to starting your move.
