    Purchased a 3 pack of cologne bottles and 1 parfume bottle on 12.17.22 for a total of $117. We didn't get the shipment until ***** although we are in the same state, only 4 hours away. That was fine! I opened the package to find out 2 of the cologne bottles were instead of 2fl oz, just 1fl oz each which is not what I was expecting. On top of that, the cologne and my wife's parfume are watered down, the smell doesn't even last 2 hours. I emailed the company and they only accept return with shipping paid by me and will only give store credit. I don't need credit for being cheated and definitely want my money back for the cheap knock off fragrances. I regret the purchase so much.

    Only giving store credit as a return and they are doing a price reduction on the store credit. Do not understand this policy as it violates ************************ Policies and it is illegal to rely on "store" policies to deny rights to a refund. I am simply asking to ship your product back at an exchange for the price I paid exactly not a reduced price or store credit.

    I initially made an order with ALT. Fragrances on Sept 1, 2022 for an order total of $63.00 CAD. The order was for two perfumes (Duchess Pocket Spray x1 and ******************** x1). On Oct 3, 2022, I contacted them by private messaging them on their Instagram account (altfragrances). They contacted me back saying the package was lost in transit and agreed to send out the order again. The second order was sent out on Oct 14, 2022. It is now Dec 12, 2022 and I have not received any order from the company. Also, the tracking number for the package no longer provides any more updates. I have tried contacting ALT. Fragrances multiple times, through their Instagram and their customer support email, but have not received a response back. They are also deleting my comments on their Instagram posts. I am looking for a refund as it seems like they are blatantly ignoring me after they have taken my money.

    September 28th 2022 was the date of purchase for $170.00. Got a tracking number but package was lost at distribution center since Oct 11. **************** told me they sent another order, but I received no tracking information. Contacted customer service many times and they tell me to be patient, I cannot have a refund but only store credit which does me no good since I'm in ****** and they can't get product to me. I have suggested they use different carrier for me. Now they are not responding to my my emails or messages and I believe they have blocked me. I can't believe this all I want is my product or my money returned to my ***** Very unprofessional business. Really disappointed.*************************************

    I placed attempted to placed an order on June 14, put the order did not go through and Klarna is charging me. I contacted ALT Fragrances on June 20 regarding the order and they stated they never received it but when I told ****** they stated I need to contact ALT Fragrances and when I did they new replied to my emails. ****** contined to do the investigation and claimed they reached out to them but ALT Fragances and never returned emails. I am trying to get someone to contact ****** and me so I can give them the Investigation number so I will not be charged for an order that never went through. ****** has already charged me $48.05 for something I have never received and trying to charge me $192.20. I need them to contact me for the claim number for Klarna to clear this matter up.
