    Good morning. On May 17, 2025, I placed an order with ALT Fragrances via their web site. The order # is ALT2103530. My purchase price was $41.55, and I was supposed to receive my order before May 22, 2025. When that day came, I had not received my order. On May 27th, 2025, I reached out to the ONLY way to contact ALT, via *********************************** The representative, ******** stated I could not cancel my order, but would be happy to accept a return or exchange as soon as I receive it. I have attempted to contact them again but cannot get any response. Today is June 2, 2025, and still haven't received my order, and cannot get the support email to reply to me.

    Ordered on 4/1. ALT2023978 supposed to be delivered on April 22. I reached out to the business on May 1 to notify them that their product has not shipped.They notified me at that time that *** mustve lost the shipment and they would replace the order and I would have it. It is nowMay 20 the same issue has occurred. I reached out to the customer service department to be informed that there is no refund only a store credit.

    I made an order on 4/11/25 for a 3 pack bundle. The site gave me 20% off and free shipping. When I got the package, one of them was a scent I was not expecting and knew I would never wear. I initiated a return online. It would only allow me to return the entire 3 pack bundle, not the individual fragrance. I made the return. Shipped it out. Paid $18 out of pocket for the return as they do not provide a return shipping label. After two weeks, i was finally given a store credit of $79. I picked out another 3 pack bundle. I went to check out but the original 20% off and free shipping could not be applied. In total, on top of the original $79, I am out ANOTHER $55 for a new set. IF THEY AGREE TO TAKE RETURNS THEY SHOULD PAY FOR A RETURN LABEL AND ALLOW THE ORIGINAL PROMOTION. I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN.

    On 3/25/25 I received an order I placed for three fragrances. When I got the package, I had quality control issues with two of the fragrances. One leaked all over the package and was missing product. The other had an atomizer that was broken. I have placed the same type of order in the past and have also had a quality control issue in the past that I thought wasa one off so I have decided to give them an opportunity to fix it. I also was not happy with the fragrance as I bought the quality was not what I was used to as far as longevity and I wanted an opportunity to replace With something I liked better also, an option I have been given in the past. I let them know about the missing product and the quality and issue with the other one that was also leaking but not as bad but have the broken atomizer. They said they would issue me a replacement for one but not the other and would just send a new atomizer even though they both have the same product issue. I received my replacement which came to me completely nearly empty of product. It had also leaked all over the package, and I was ultimately just dumbfounded with the way it was received. I have never had this issue with any other perfume company receiving shipments so this just seemed careless. I let them know about the issue immediately after receiving the product and sent pictures to their support email. And have received nothing in over a week. No response and I have sent follow up emails every day even warning them that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, but I wanted togive them an opportunity to resolve the issue and I believe I am an entitled to a refund for the whole entire order because not only the quality Been embarrassing. I do not believe I should have to pay for not receiving what I ordered.

    I have a store credit of $10.21 with Alt Fragrance. Currently, the only product that I am interested in purchasing and using the credit is out of stock and is a summer item called the "Summer ****** Pack". I emailed the company twice to extend my credit so it would not expire on 03/30/2025. The Summer ****** Pack will not be available for awhile and did not want to lose my credit.Both times, the company refuses to extended my credits until the Summer ****** pack becomes available again. I am not interested in any other products.I want the company to extend my credit until the Summer ****** pack is available for me to order with the credit.Thank you for assistance in this *********** Regards,********* ******

    Purchased a perfume order # ALT#******* AND THE PERFUME GAVE ME A BAD ALLERGIC REACTION, SO I RETURNED IT, AFTER MANY EMAILS THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A REFUND OF 7.99,WHEN i PAID *****. i WANT MY FULL MONIES.

    On March 1, 2025, I ordered a 3.3 oz bottle of ALT Crystal fragrance and paid $63.62. I received a 1 oz bottle from ALT Fragrance, which was the wrong size. I paid $15 to return the wrong item after contacting the company support and ************* only gave me credit for $50.15, which was $13.47 less than what I had paid. Since they would not give me a refund, I was forced to reorder to receive the credit and had to pay an additional $18.41 for a new order (3.3oz bottle). After reaching out to ALT Fragrance support about overpaying for their mistake they only offered to give me a $15 credit, which is what I paid to return the wrong item back to them. I would like to be refunded $46.88, which is the $15 return fee, $13.47 is the amount I was shorted from what I paid originally, and $18.41 for the additional amount I had to pay for the reorder.

    Months after making a return for store credit I received my store credit amount. However, this store credit is not treated like payment it's treated like a discount code. Thereby I lose the free shipping that I would otherwise have if I wasn't using a discount code. I've also tried to place an order and because of these new problems I'm not getting the discounts when they are available. I want the store credit provided with free shipping and the 20% discount code because this is the only way that it is fair. I'm trying to place the order today and what should be between $30 to $40 is now costing me between $50 and $60. Store Credit is NOT a discount code it is actual payment. Is the only form of a return that you will allow.
