  I would give them 10 stars if I could. The Chase team is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They showed up on time, prepared, and did what they needed to do. They were in contact communication, keeping me apprised of schedules and next ********'s rare and refreshing to work with a construction company that so obviously values and appreciates their clientele, and has the expertise and staffing to pull it all together.Highly, highly recommend!

  I have been playing a game of cat and mouse with Chase for 5 years. Repairs were continuously done to the wrong areas where there were no leaks. In 5 years I'm sure you can imagine the damage done to the roof and everything under it. Extensive damage that they refuse to take any accountability for and will not even work with me to fix the leaks I already paid them to fix. Honestly this is a terrible company. See the other reviewer that found out immediately after warranty expiration that the work was done wrong, All the while damaging the integrity of the house and increasing his cost to fix. This is precisely what will happen to everyone that hires this company. Appalling. ********************************* consistently mars the reputation of women in the construction industry. Stay away.

  My homeowner's insurance was canceled the end of June. After paying for new 4-point and wind & storm inspections, my agent was able to obtain a new policy for me with Citizens (at twice the price!) Two weeks after I received my new policy in the mail, Citizens sent me a notice that THEY were canceling my new policy as of August 20 because the roofing system is not in acceptable condition. I panicked! I called my agent and he said it was because I had one missing tile on the corner of my roof. I am a member of the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, so I went there to find a roofer to make the repair within my 3-week time period.CHASE ROOFING to the rescue!!! ******* got back to me by text AND phone within hours. An appointment for an estimate was made the same week. I DocuSigned my contract the following Monday and the work date was scheduled. Today the work was completed. *************************** and his partner arrived early for my appointment- WOW- I was impressed! He confirmed the scope of work and the team replaced the missing tile and made the repair. They were professional, personable, and completed the work quickly and with quality. Their customer service was impeccable!I want you to know how stressful this whole insurance situation has been for me! But from start to finish, CHASE ROOFING made me feel calm and confident the work would be completed on time, gold standard, with integrity. I especially love the business is family-owned and female-run. They are THE BEST and will receive my glowing referrals and future roofing needs. BRAVO and Thank You!
