    No caulk on any screws ! Missing screws ! Open spaces for water intrusion , damaging floors and sheetrock with-water damage lack of accountability! Wrong color ordered expected to accept the wrong color ! Damage to interior flooring due to water intrusion and plumbing bills that were waisted in wrongfull inspection/ investigation

    We have sent technicians twice in the past 10 days since the issue was brought to our attention.

    On the first visit, our technician removed the window entirely and re-installed it just in case, but was fairly certain that the water intrusion was not caused from the window. This action was taken as a precautionary measure only.

    On the second visit (on Feb 14, 2025) Assured sent two technicians to the property in order to conduct water testing on areas of the home that we believe are the cause of the water intrusion. They completely covered the window in plastic covering and taped it all around, then water tested 3 areas that we suspect the water is entering the home from:

    - the foundation and the structure built on top have a separation - enough space to fit a credit card in.

    - the sprinkler timer box attached to the house is not sealed and has openings from which the water could be entering the home from.

    - the hose outlet attached to the house is also not sealed and has openings from which the water could be entering the home from.

    After testing these areas and blocking off the window completely to see if water is coming in from another location we will determine next steps on Monday morning after reviewing the technician report and findings.
