5 starsWe recently worked with Assured Storm Protection for the installation of impact-resistant windows and doors, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Derek, our salesperson, was truly outstanding. From the first meeting, he impressed us with his deep knowledge and thoughtful suggestions. He had fantastic ideas—one of which was recommending a high-end impact-resistant front door that really elevated the look of our home. At the same time, Derek was mindful of our budget and offered smart ways to save money in other areas without compromising on quality. It never felt like a sales pitch—just honest, helpful guidance that made us feel confident in our decisions. Derek has a great personality and we felt extremely comfortable with him from the beginning. The installation team was just as professional. They worked efficiently, showed up on time, and made sure to leave our home in perfect condition at the end of each day. They had a very large crew where 3-4 teams of people were working on different parts of the job at the same time You could tell they took real pride in their work, and it showed in the clean, precise installation. They were so clean that they had switched out the window in one room and my son couldn’t even tell they had been in there. We’re extremely happy with the results as this has completely modernized the look of our home. Assured Storm Protection delivered and installed beautiful new windows from ES Manufacturing. The windows and door are rated at +80 PSF and the installation crew removed the old windows and door and installed the new equipment in one day…and that was for 12 window openings and 1 door. The crew was neat, courteous and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. As a retired waterproofing contractor I highly recommend Assured Storm Protection and their sales person, Anthony, for all your storm protection equipment.Review fromIra G

5 starsAssured installed impact windows, an impact sliding glass door and impact exterior doors at my home.
I believe that quality of materials and quality of workmanship are the most important parts of any project. I believe Assured provided me with high quality in both of these areas.
Also, I often needed to discuss various matters with Assured’s staff. They always answered my questions professionally and courteously and also initiated contact with me at different stages of the project.
I believe that because of Assured’s attention, I will have my windows and doors for years to come. I also intend to recommend Assured to any friends or family who need services provided by Assured.Review fromRonald H

1 starIf I could give this company zero stars for their lack of customer service and professionalism, I would! Heres what happened:They came to install the impact windows and an accordion shutter, and we scheduled a city inspection for Friday. I texted **** ***** that morning to let him know I wouldnt be home, but he didnt respond. About two hours later, my door camera went off, and I saw two people at my doorRobert from Assured Storm Protection and the city inspector.I missed ******* call but called back immediately. He explained who he was, and I let him know Id be home in about 3-4 minutes. ****** checked with the inspector to see if he could wait, but he couldnt, so we rescheduled for Monday after 2 p.m.1 hour and 45 minutes, later I received a text from **** saying I owed $2,058 for installation. I called him to ask about it, and he started speaking with someone in the background to verify who they sent that message to... he then replied, You weren't supposed to get that text, ***. Then he asked, How did the inspection go? I reminded him that Id texted that morning to say I wouldnt be home. He immediately started yelling, speaking to me like a child saying, Ill send them out there one more time youre supposed to make yourself available, and if you arent home, Im not sending the inspector out again. This level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of communication from this manager at this company is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone especially if this is the way a manager conducts himself and the company allows it!Review fromMarianne S

If you are looking for a wonderful company to provide hurricane protection, this is the place to go. Assured is the BEST! They were on time, great price and fabulous service for the Supernova Accordian shutter I purchased from them. They are also participants of the ******* Grant ******* Also passed inspection first time. They took care of everything for me from start to finish. I used Assured Storm Protection for an Impact door. I only needed one standard impact door. They were one of the only companies that would do the work for just one door. I appreciated their professionalism. Everything went exactly as planned. Whenever I had a question it was answered immediately and correctly. Everyone from the salesman, to the office staff to the installer were professional and the estimate was accurate and fairly priced for the quality of the product. They organized the paperwork, permits and documents needed by the *** and the City of Deerfield and helped keep everything moving smoothly. Very professional and terrific to do business with.
