    In 2018 I hired Home Install Services to install hurricane windows in my home. My windows never passed code/inspection. I contacted the business over and over. They would either ignore my calls and messages or tell me someone would be there on a specific day but no one ever showed up. The way the windows were installed the ****************** would not pass it. Fast forward to September 2022, ***************. My house was flooded because the windows were not properly installed. The owners son ***, finally came out and after I contacted the ************** company in ** and made a complaint. I took video of water coming in around the windows during the hurricane and it can be clearly seen. The owners son who did the install told me and my husband they were not properly caulked. They re-caulked all the windows but them the owner came out and tried to say it was from all types of other reasons until we told him that his son already told us it was from improperly caulking. They agreed to pay for the bare minimum of just the materials because all of our bedroom flooring replaced. There would have been no interior water damage had they properly installed the windows. They agreed but never paid for the flooring. I have text messages that prove all of this. They continue to say they will and continue to lie and never show up. They also stated two separate times there would be an inspector come and we would finally get a passed inspection on our windows but they never show up. They have never even contacted the inspectors office. They continue to not take responsbility or correct their damages.
