    Home Install Services was great to work with for our full house impact window replacement project. We added a specialty replacement outward-opening main entry door on to our order, and the price was still well below any of the other quotes we had received for windows from other vendors. The installed quality seems fantastic, and the ease of operation is unsurpassed! Road and wind noise is now greatly diminished, the A/C is running a lot less often, our view is much improved, and our peace of mind for hurricane safety is high. The salesman was extremely knowledgable, patient and upfront regarding all of our questions and expectations. The install techs were thorough, thoughtful, efficient, and worked within our schedule. The tear-out was done with minimal ******************** afterward was complete. They brought an exterior stucco water problem to our attention, and were able to recommend another reputable company to get those repairs made quickly. This is major investment in the improvement of our home, and we are very satisfied with our choice of Home Install Services and Wincor windows.

    We had impact windows installed by Home Install Services and they did a great job. Windows came in ahead of schedule, the installers showed up as promised, actually a little early, and the installation went very smoothly. The Wincore windows look great, noise reduction is amazing. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone I come into contact with. From the initial quote by the salesman Ken to the final install…top shelf.

    Worst company ever. Took 3 years to get my hurricane windows, they lied constantly about order, finally admitted they never put order in, final install done and invoice was wrong. Charged us for a window they didnt install and the owner promised us a discount for three years of lies and **** Guess what ? No discount as promised !!!! Run as fast as you can from this company. I only gave one star because you have no negative stars

      As we have already stated in our conversations with one another, we truly apologize for the issues that occurred throughout the course of your multi phase project. A lot of transformations and internal structure has been improved throughout our company since your project started. I think we could all agree that our operational performance is now at a level of fulfillment that all of our customers will be satisfied with. However, we would like to provide some clarity regarding what products and services you were charged for. After our issues started we agreed to provide you with an architectural transom window over the front entrance to your home for free as it was never part of any of your contracts. During our close of active service today, ************** mistakenly requested a payment that still included that window. The total was adjusted and approved after we all got on the same page. Again, we apologize for the mistake and we never have any intention of charging a customer for a product and or service that they have not received from us. We wish you all the best. If there is ever a warranty related issue regarding your project please do not hesitate to reach out for a warranty service. Your contracts still include your 25 year installation guarantee and we will not charge you for any warranty related assessments or services.
