      So my insurance company referred me to ABC Home Medical Supply, I have spoke to several people in regards to my wound care supplies. I had surgery over 4 months ago and need these abdominal pads for my open wounds that are still leaking.I spoke several times to different people, one person by the name of ***************** insurance company then contacted ABC HOME Medical Supply and they claimed they would send out 50 pads until they got the situation cleared up. My doctors and my insurance did everything on their end, by the way they NEVER did send the 50 pads out and one woman acted as if I was bothering her, NO do your job. They had made no FURTHER contact with me, I had to initiate MOST contact with them and have proof of such. I should have known when I saw the low ratings on ****** reviews that it was going to be some NONSENSE with these people but I tried to NOT judge and see for myself, well the reviews were correct. This Company isnt efficient at all, they try to place blame on my doctors, nurses and my insurance company, instead of placing the blame where it belongs and thats on their company.When are they sending out my prescription of 950 Abdominal Pads, or at least send between ******* so I have something to clean and over my wounds with.ABC Home Medical Supply you should be ASHAMED of the lack of customer service that you didnt provide to me.
