      This job is the most racist Ive ever encountered. Today, I was fired from this company on the grounds that I fell asleep and was speaking badly about the company on the phone. These accusations are completely false. I am a very hard worker, I stay in my lane, and I come to work on time. I haven't even started working on the phones yet; its only my third week. They claimed I was badmouthing the company, which is the biggest lie.Despite their good pay, this company lacks a secure work environment. They allow strangers into the building and lie to your face while acting nice. I would not recommend anyone work here. Be aware of ****, a trainer in ********, who will lie about you, ****** in the *** office, and *****, a supervisor in ****************. They are all liars.I was consistently nice to everyone and am shocked they did this to me, especially as a young mom in her 20s with a 2-year-old son. Its unfair to be fired over something untrue when I have witnesses to support me. Thank you for this brief opportunity, but this company is horrible. I wish *******************, *****, ****, and ****** the best. If someone had issues with me, they should have professionally addressed it with me directly, but they chose not to. Very unprofessional.
