5 starsDave, at Benjamin Franklin did an amazing job. My husband and I recently purchased a home. As first time home buyers we had no clue/tools how to fix our fallen sink. Chris, at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, did a fantastic job (garbage disposal repair, leaky faucet, and the familiar and annoying running toilet). He and his assistant arrived on time, made recommendations, provided insight to the cause of the problems, treated my home with great care and me with respect. The service tech, Brian C*****, arrived on time, listened to our problems and thoroughly addressed each one, fixing everything. He was knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after each installation. If he is representative of their technicians, I would recommend this company.Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
