5 stars***** was professional, polite and conscientious. He arrived on time for an emergency call and knew exactly what to do with my leaking water tank. He explained what he was doing and my options. I watched him as he fit the pipes to the new tank, and appreciated his attention to detail. He cleaned up the area when he was done. After the first plumber basically left us in the dust, Benjamin Franklin came out quickly and got the job done. The only complaint is it would have helped me to know that a county inspection had to be done before they could back fill where they had dug up the entire front yard.
