      September 9, 2023 I place order #: o4795947248 for $95.65 using Paypal. This is an introductory offer for non members. At the time I placed this order, I was not a member. I have cancelled my membership several times before and then taken advantage of the introductory offer for new members. This particular order was cancelled a couple days later with no explanation. I called customer servcice on September 15th to ask about the cancellation. I was told it was cancelled becaouse I once was a member and I was not eligable. I asked for the policy and was hung up on by two agents on separate calls. Since I was not a member when placing the order, by default I am a NEW MEMBER.

At the time of this order, you'd had a recent membership and did not yet qualify for a new one. We can see that in the time since then, that you have accepted one of our 'welcome back' offers and re-enrolled in the club. We're sorry for any confusion, and glad to see that you''ve enjoyed the wines!

      On May 1, 2023 I made a purchase from wsjwine.com. I used PayPal to complete my transaction totaling $85. During the payment process I did not sign up for any membership or agreed to have my payment information stored on wsjwine.com website. July 30, 2023 around 18:30 I received an email from my PayPal account that there was a pending transaction for almost triple the amount ($207.65). I had to wait until the next day in order to dispute the transaction with my bank. This is fraudulent practice. I did not sign up for a membership nor did I agree for this business to store my payment information.
