      12/22/21 check remove alum from damage 12/10/21 ****** 12/23/21 ****** for permit for second part of job which was never begun because material not avaiable. ******* delivered last week left on ground not installed for first part of job which was paid complete. ********. Checked permit for $****** never taken out. 80 year old ******* veteran and I want the $****** returned and the gutters installed as part of the first job.

      Complaint against Punta Gorda Aluminum. Hurricane was September 27, 2022. I lost carport. Contracted with Punta Gorda Aluminum on October 17, 2022 cost of carport $10, 510. Put down a deposit of $1000 with check ****. ******** said carport should be done in December. I made calls on January 31, January 19 (2 calls), and February 6 - left messages with their answering service. I received no calls back. Finally wrote a letter on February 6 after making the phone call. I finally got a call back on February 7 and he stated he was in hospital for 2 weeks that is why no return phone calls. I told him I was sorry he was in the hospital but said I am sure he had others that could return phone calls. He called me a b**** because I wanted my deposit back. The contract (attached) does not state it is not refundable. He quoted some statute that he said proved otherwise. He is taking advantage of hurricane victims. I know he did the same to another person in the park. This to me is very bad business.

      Signed up with them for a lanai October of 2022 Very little communication We would call no answer. Found someone else to do the work. Gave them $1000.00 (Punta Gorda Al) down in October They say they Don,t have to return our money because that's not a good reason. They haven't done anything yet no permit no supplies, no time line When we asked they said they would call back (never did)

      Have left 5 messages with the service that he has. Do not get any returned calls. I understand he is busy, but I am ***** to save him and me some time on my repairs. The siding I wish to have put on as far as I can find will take time to get it in. I would like to order it myself so when he gets to my job it will be hear. Also no one in my park can get a return phone call as well. We do not know if he is still working the shop or not.

      Regarding complaint number 18839752  against ******* *********************/ PGA, LLC from ***********************, **************** was reached by phone on 2/10/2023 by our employee *********************** as I was in the hospital at the time and unable to personally make the call. The customer simply wanted to know the date in which his work would be started and was told 6 - 8 months from the date he had signed his contract. The customer seemed to be satisfied with that answer. Please see that this complaint is cleared up. If you have any questions please contact me at ************ or you may contact  Mr. ************ whom filed the complaint and he can confirm it was resolved.

      I am rejecting this response because: I was told three or 4 months, as well as the folks in my park ****************. There would be no way I would have signed the contract. Refund Deposit would solve the problem
