    Stone Factory not standing behind their product 0) sales person not communicating with use during the whole process, promising us things to make sale, telling us things that werent true, & not being able to find our product in the shop, etcjust to many things to mention, not a good experience with salesperson 1) broke countertop twice during installation.2) installed twice by non professional people 21/2) never asking us how we wanted the countertop / backsplash installed 3) poor gluing practices 4) countertop not level 4 1/2) backsplash not put in correctly 5) countertop not polished correctly 6) couldnt get faucet in drilled hole correctly / they did send plumber out to help get faucet in by chipping away at back my base cabinet 6 1/2) plumber shows up, no phone call, usually contractors call before coming to our place.7) installers left us with a broken countertop, never came back 8) repeated phone calls no one there, must have me blocked I guess 9) we spent hours going back and forth to stone factory ( not to mention the fuel consumption) and calling to get our countertop bought and installed correctly.10) commutation between workers and us was very difficult because of language barrier 11) half wall piece not polished correctly or beveled correctly 12) never sent out a boss to check on installation process or check on completion 13) theres more but this should be good
