    On 2/10/2023 **** Masters employee damaged our coffee table while at our home. I called the office to report the damage was told to email photos. **** called me and I missed the call, subsequently after 2-3 calls he has not responded. I feel I must pursue this matter in small claims court,your assistance is appreciated. ***********************

    We did a service call at ****************** home on 2/13/23. ************** was not there his wife was and she signed the service ticket when we were finished.  ******, who has been employed here for the past 10 years removed the pull chain switch from the fan it was not functioning.  After ************** called the first time I (*********************************) spoke to ****** about the coffee table.  ****** stated he was no where near the coffee table, he had a s**** driver and ladder and addressed the fan. The photo looks like a hammer hit the table we don't carry hammers.  It's a perfect circle? 

    We have had accidents in the past and the electricians tell us and we address them, we have been in business for 38 years and have not complaints.  So ****** would tell us if he dented the coffee table he would have no reason to deny it. 

    When I (***** Masters) spoke to ************** the first time he called he said he couldn't remember if he did it when he was working in that room but then insisted that we did it.  I told him **** would speak to the electrician and get back to him.  **** has noted on the work ticket he called him on 2/15/23 and left a message with not return call.  ****, called him again on 3/29/23 and 3/31/23 because his invoice went to collections he never paid it.  When **** spoke to him about collection he brought up the coffee table again.  **** told him again that ****** was not anywhere near the coffee table.  He started yelling and said he wasn't going to pay his bill.  He didn't ask for a resolution which would be for us to send a furniture repair person to his home to look at it and make the repair.  He would have to pay for his service call and we would make the arrangements for the furniture repair person.  None of this was discussed.  

    We do not feel the table is our responsibility since we did not damage it.  We are willing to further discuss should that be needed but again he never paid his bill or attempted to discuss what he wanted us to do. Please advise, ***** Masters
