    Did not fix the problem. The gentleman came to the house to fix a fan/lighting issue that we had. He was at the house over three and a half hours. He did not communicate with us at all what the issue was and how it needed to be fixed at the time. He did not seem to know exactly what he was doing. I am not sure he is even a licensed electrician. When I received the bill for over $400, I called the owner to let them know how wrong it is to charge someone such and large amount when the problem isn't even solved. He did not seem to care. Just be careful using this company.

    I spoke to this customer in depth.  I explained to her that the electrician that was there has been with us for 12 years and had previous experience prior to that.  She kept insisting that he was not an electrician as she has stated here again. 



    Her complaint when she made the appointment was that her fans had intermittent power.  The electrician on site repaired a 3 way, 4 way circuit that was wired incorrectly.



    He then looked at the fans that were previously installed, they all run off remote controls.  The owner did not have the original paperwork for the fans which shows their frequency.  The electrician had to disassemble them to see how they were originally hung that is why it took him a little over 3 hours.  Which is not more time than necessary to do the work he had to do.  This was all discovery because someone previously wired the 4 way circuit incorrectly and wired the fans incorrectly. The homeowner left and the electrician did not go any further.  He called the office explained what was going on.  Without the paperwork from the manufacturer to set the remotes up the way she wanted them it would have been even more time.  I suggested to her that she call the manufacturer and get the paperwork and we would relook at the set up.  She didn't want to do that.  She also didn't want to discuss who had installed them originally.   If she had hired an experienced electrician to hang the fans in the beginning, they would have known it would not work correctly on that circuit and how to set up the remotes. **** and myself both explained this to her.  We do care very much about each of our customers and our reputation shows that.
