    Bought a cart from Matt’s over 3 weeks ago. As part of the deal we are to recover a check for $350 plus canopy lighting .. We have repeatedly emailed the dealership and texted the salesperson “Kent” No response .. crickets .. buyer beware

    Order a cart 3 months ago and they discontinued it and they refused to give us back our deposit. We tried working with them but they never call back.

    Horrible. They stated the issue with my cart was warranty work. Had my cart for 5 months and never told me I had a running bill. 5 months later I received a $2,764 bill, no detail, on a battery fix that was warranty work. Who has $3000 laying around these days.

    These guys will NOT return calls, have terrible customer service. Once you pickup your cart, which I had to do, because they would not deliver it when they said they would, you will be on your own. All I asked for was a notary to sign my paid invoice so I could title it in my state. The store's personel refused to do so, and refused to have "Hollywood" the salesman that sold the cart to me, to call me back. Talk about confusing! I have never dealt with a company that refused to call me back after I paid an outrageous price for piece of junk. I would highly recommend finding a reputable company to spend such a huge amount of money with.

    Had a great experience at Matts today. Very good customer service, I was impressed with good prices and I was scheduled for an on site repair next day. I will be recommending to all my friends snd neighbors.
