  I had a great experience with ***. I had quit my last job and was making a transition to consulting. I learned a lot of networking tips including automation. Through ECUs automation process I landed my first client. *** and the team were great and I learned a lot. I also took the first 100 days course which was a smaller group led my *** for people new in their roles. These sessions were invaluable and great because I got a lot of time with *** to help formulate my growth strategy. *** is great program and value compare to other programs. I highly recommend it to any professional looking to take there career to the next level in terms of both responsibility and compensation.

  I think this company is a scam. I signed up for their services. It was beyond complicated to understand. Tried to complete the program on two separate occasions. Was unable to. Learned nothing. They did not even try to help with a career transition. Beware and stay away.

  ***** enrolled in our program in February 2023 after expressing a desire to transition from her demanding legal practice into a less stressful corporate role. She clearly articulated her desire for change, and we welcomed her into our proven program, which has helped tons of professionals achieve successful career transitions, and shared proof with this client.

  
  

  While we initially observed enthusiasm, consistent follow through was lacking. For the first several months, ***** did not actively participate in the program or engage with our advisors. In August 2023, she mentioned that she was frustrated, at that point, little to no action had been taken on her end. We proactively re-engaged her, restructured her plan, and supported her renewed commitment.

  
  

  Unfortunately, the cycle repeated. Months of silence followed, and in January 2024, nearly a year after enrollment, she reached out requesting a full refund and alluded to legal action. Our CEO, *** ******, personally spoke with her to understand the situation and offer a resolution. During that conversation, ***** stated that she was simply burnt out and ultimately chose to continue with our services rather than pursue a refund.

  
  

  Since that time, we've had minimal communication despite over 100 outreach emails, continued access to our full suite of services, community, and tools which are typically available for 90 days. ***** had access for over two years.

  
  

  We empathize with the pressures of career burnout, and we truly wish she had fully utilized the resources available to her. Unfortunately, results depend on consistent engagement. While we do have a clear no-refund policy, we extended every opportunity to support her and even considered an exception earlier in the process. At this point, given the timeline and the extent of services rendered, a refund is not appropriate.

  
  

  We remain proud of our track record and the thousands of career transitions weve supported. We're sorry that ***** did not achieve her desired outcome and wish her nothing but success in her continued career journey.

  Buyer Beware-asked to see the contract. The terms do not represent the service. $8000 for 90 days where you do the heavy lifting. Ask for the contract and understand the farce. Thank god I did not sign up!!!

  If you have come to this site, your first concern is ECU legit. I can tell you that they are dedicated to helping others succeed. I found the whole team to be professional in all their interactions with the group. I actually came to this site also to see the reviews when I was considering using ECU to help my job search. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a group dedicated to helping you succeed in finding the right position. To be clear, they do not find you the job, but give you the tools and the structure if you are willing to dedicate yourself to the process of finding your next position. I had concerns about the costs, but I do feel that the value that was added was worth the costs of the program.   *** was exactly what I needed to build confidence and structure in my interview approach. As a non-native English speaker who hadnt interviewed in years, I found their guidance invaluable.   I am so thankful that I found ***. Working with them turned my job search from an endless abyss of dead ends and no calls to a steady stream of interviews, networking connections, and ultimately 3 job offers!! You have to stay committed and follow the process, but it works and I am grateful for it!! The entire team at *** is knowledgable and so helpful. 10/10 recommend if youre ready to jump start your next career move.

  The  ECU program is really great, that can be applied to any career/sector/job situation. I had never networked before and found the tutorials around that extremely helpful and practical, and also the support regarding compensation negotiation really stood out for me. The support staff and SMEs/coaches are experienced and excellent, accessible, collaborative, and responsive. The one to one coaching, group trainings/calls, videos, guidance/instructions were very helpful to me in my search for the next great job (which I landed just recently!). Thank you!
