    This company repo my car on 12/01/22 in between 12:30am and 2am and listed in paperwork that they did it on 11/30/22 at 11:30pm to charge an additional day. I clocked out of work at 11:45pm and drove home so there is no way they repo the car at 11:30pm. Second they do not answer the phone in order to pick up my car. I shouldnt have to pay $35 each day because they dont answer the phone. Simply ridiculous.

    Our records show the agent reporting that her unit was picked up on 11/30/2022 at 11:30pm. As far as not answering the phone if she called after hours or on a weekend, and did not leave a message my staff would not be able to call her back.

    Our records show the agent reporting that her unit was picked up on 11/30/2022 at 11:30pm. The field agents would have no reason to record an incorrect time as they do not have the knowledge of any ancillary fees (storage) we can or can not charge.

    As far as not answering the phone, if she called after hours or on a weekend, and did not leave a message my staff would not be able to call her back until the next business day.

    In saying this I understand the stress customers go through when their unit is repossessed and we do try to make the process as painless as possible. In good faith I am willing to send ********************* a check for $35.00.
