    My car was repo, the owner was so rude at all times.. charging me money to get my car out!.. when I told her that I wasn't paying her anything because I didn't have any contract with them, she hang up on me, saying that I could call back when I stop yelling at her.. which I wasn't. I called a few times after that and she decided not to answer. I called the dealer and they told me that they already got paid by them and not to pay them a dime. I wrote the dealer letting them know how bad this ppl treat their customers and to avoid using this company.. My car didn't had any gas.. all my personal belongings were in a small shopping bag, they *******************.. so unprofessional it was unbelievable. To be competitive in business empathy is essential! especially in this type of business. Stay away from this business!!!!!

    04/20/2023 My daughter had her car repo. Then my daughter makes an appointment to go and get her personal belongings out of the car. Ms. Sherry was so rude and was getting upset with me because I was asking question about the location of the garage. My daughter made an appointment did not advise me that she had an appointment, they charge 25.00 for a fee of rescheduling. This is not fair at all, if someone car gets repo there should not be a charge if they miss their appointments. There car was repo and they dont have a ride now! What is the 25.00 for and what contract did someone sign saying they agree to paying 25.00! Ms Sherry is rude and disrespectful! They want 25.00 dollars from you but can not pay BBB fee!

    Stay far away from this business. No compassion. For you or your things. Very mean owner. Had to call the police on them. *e weary of this business. Another couple was there when I was and the lady was crying. The owner is the biggest *******.
    Zero stars if I could.
