      Customer service at Brandon FL. Location is awful. Made me not want to come back. Answered none of my questions and made me feel like I just needed to pick something and get out… thought I’d give it another try after two years of not going and I wish I would have just gone somewhere I knew the customer service was great.

      I ordered 8 of the 3.5 Marshmallow OG minis today (5-5), the website showed it at $20 each. But, I ordered 8, so I was charged an extra $5.00 (Bundle price that the sale advertisement shows). So, if I had ordered the same stuff on 2 different orders I would have only been charged the $20 each. They also did not tell me that when they were asking me for $165, instead of $160. This is a bait and switch... I called and was advised by a supervisor (Ariel) that I was charged appropriately... This is terrible customer service and I will NEVER go back.

      ****** ******* *** ****** ********* You guys need to get on top of the casa grande location on stop having a wait time of 6 hours. It's is absolutely outrageous that i waited two hours and when I came in it still wasn't ready and they refused to go get just 5 prerolls for my order. This is why your guys reviews are so bad because you don't prioritize the customer. And I use to work here take 2 mins to put together an order not 2-6 hours. Maybe they need to be rethought how to do there jobs instead of smoking on the job and bullchitty around.

      Placed order in port Charlotte fl sent me 2 notifications my order was ready when I picked it up they brought it out then someone came over and said they didn’t have it and took it away I went home it was still on web site for sale ordered again said it was ready went down same thing happened after they brought it out someone came up and same scenario took it back I actually saw the container wtf is going on

      I had an issue with trulieve that occurred last December at the citrus Park location. According to state records, I was charged four times for one order removing my allotment for medical marijuana during the holiday season. I had the state representative on the phone and was asked to leave,when customers came in the store.
      Today I returned to the Location on Dale Mabry and the Manager asked what happened.We began arguing over an incident that happened in another store. The manager of the store is now arguing with the senior citizen. Who’s on disability for cognitive issues, brain injury, and orthopedic problems who has happened to substitute all his medication for medical marijuana. This manager deprive me of my medication and it’s the second time it’s happened at a truth leave location. buyer beware!I plan on filing a lawsuit against Trulieve for Discrimination against the elderly And depriving an elderly citizen of prescribed medication as outlined by state law.

      Customer service at the Mandarin store is horrible.They have to remember customers make the business.2 people on the counter doesn’t work.This is the second time .There rude or whacked out on the product. I don’t know.

      If I could rate a zero I would. After many great experiences have had with trulieve I unfortunately ran into James at N Dales Mabry. THE RUDEST ARROGANCE person I have met. I am way to upset to detail all and would like to speak with someone

      I can't lie I was there today I've been there many times and part of the reason I go back is there customer service especially from
      Management A lady by the Name of Akosua A1 service and there regulars they remember your name Now if your ever in Orlando on the East Stop By not only is the service good they have some of the best flower in Orlando

      Absolutely horrible experience at the Orange City location! I am a new patient and the way that I was treated by the AGM Michael Rivera was despicable. Something so simple turned into a three hour ordeal and A DELAY IN PATIENT CARE!! He told one of his employees to come tell me while he sat in his office that he was not going to speak with me any further about the situation, just to call my phone ten minutes later repeatedly! And he only called me to then try to "talk" because I said I was calling corporate! He was rude, never expressed any empathy, and just a disgusting person!! I will never be back to this location, I will drive the additional 20 minutes to go to the location in Sanford! Literally, my situation could have been resolved by just suggesting I go to a different location since they were having IT issues. HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO TOUCH MEDICATIONS AGAIN OR INTERACT WITH ANY CUSTOMERS! He deserves to stay in the back so no one should ever have the displeasure of being in his presence because he doesn't want to help you anyways.
