      The worst staff and customer service. Go there with low expectations and even then they won’t get met.
      If you call and speak with managers they will also give you wrong information. The entire company is not informed on the state process so the regional manager will also give you false information. My advice is to stay away from any associated with Trulieve

      Truelieve , IT department truly truly sucks. My account has been messed up since last year. I’ve called several times to where they said it’s been fixed. I’m just not gonna waste my time anymore. I could never collect rewards and they never have my order ready because I’m never found yet. I get an email confirmation with my order and a day later another email saying that my order is ready. I keep going to them because it’s the nearest 15 miles from my house I guess I’ll have to drive a little farther from now on

      We have the best staff at Turelieve dispensary, in Melbourne Florida. I always get courteous and very helpful service when I get my prescriptions. I am grateful for the knowledge and effort this company has invested in their staff and service.

      Horrible company. I was hired on to work at their farm, given a start date, schedule, department and everything except for the location, and then all of a sudden the company completely stopped communicating with me. Wouldn't pick up my calls, return my emails, nothing. I tried every avenue of getting in touch, reached out to every single person within the company whose contact info I had and they just went completely radio silent. Couldn't just show up because I was never given the address of the farm and wasted an entire month that I could have been looking for other jobs because I thought I had a position with them lined up. All because they didn't have the decency to tell me they changed their mind. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not only will I never invest in or buy products from this company (their product is also complete garbage anyway compared to Ayr, who actually puts good RSO in nice glass container and doesn't charge $1200 a gram for some cheap, weak, plasticy piece of crap container that's only about 60% full on a good day of product that's lackluster at best and contaminated with microplastics, GrowHealthy who sell carts qith quality distillate that don't clog a quarter or the way theough, or even the guy growing in his basement for that matter) but I also encourage all my friends to shop at more ethical businesses. While I'm sure they're not missing our business too much because their main bread and butter is waxing the elderly who don't know any better, we are still laughing while watching their stock continue to plummet as we continue to spend dozens of thousands with GrowHealthy and Ayr :) Trulieve is an absolute cash grab, opportunistic, soulless company. They do not care about their employees, ethics, patients, quality control, or cannabis progession/culture. Do not work for them, do not buy from them. You can find better work and better product elsewhere. Peace and love to all but this nuisance of a company and that blonde creature who runs it

      Company has problems with staffing, a lack of courtesy to patients, and poor planning. My Eustis, Fl Store; agent did not care about me, my time, or an other of the 20 patients who had waited during you DOOR BUSTERS SALES. The wait time was over an hour, so had to returned the next day. One agent was kind and understanding, one agent was rude and discounting of me, I felt ridiculed as he hurried me along to pay and leave the store. I did not like this experience at all.

      Was accentually hit with a bait and switch today which I believe is illegal. I reached out to trulieve customer service about using my new card discount on a the puffco product and was told that I could use my discount on the product. I went into the store to purchase the product and was told by the store manager that I could not use my renewal discount on the product because my card renewal was not recent enough. I was informed this was company policy and there was nothing he could do. I reached out to customer service after this issue and was again told "sorry we messed up but will not be honoring what we told you originally". Treating medical patient like people trying to buy flat screen TV's is crazy.

      Company is always having problems. Understaffed and horrible communication.
      Worst use of logistics in a company that I’ve seen with modern technology.
      No disclaimers on websites or phone number about anything affecting their business. Just wait and hope not to be lost in the process. The absolute definition of corporate greed. I will be voting accordingly against them in the election.

      Trulieve VERO BEACH LOCATION I just want the city town to know how caring and respectful ALL THE BARTENDERS AND MANAGEMENT ARE THEY DEFINITELY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE STORE FOLLOW ALL GUIDELINES OF THE CITY THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE GREAT ANY PROBLEMS THEY FIX IMMEDIATELY MEANING SALES PROMOTIONS THE BEST THEY CAN OVERALL DEFINITELY OVER A 5 STAR ESTABLISHMENT RIGHT DOWN TO THE CLEAN PARKING LOT EVERYONE IS ALWAYS WORKING VERY HARD AND EFFICIENCY TO MEET ALL YOUR NEEDS IF YOU HAVE NOT GONE TO TRUE VERO BEACH YOUR DEFINITELY MISSING OUT

      I wish I could leave no stars, this place has medically discriminated against me for speaking my mind cause I didn’t let the employee run his mouth to me being disrespectful cause twice he’s closed up early making me not be able to get my medication. I hope this class action dissolves this company because it’s full of bs. It’s not all of them just the Granville one in Morgantown WV

      I am out of Florida, and for the most part it has been an okay experience. I have had the foil seal open on a couple of occasions. Trulieve does let you return product if you are unsatisfied and they will replace it. As long as you have at least half of what you are returning.
      What I am having problems with are the new rewards system. My past 3 purchases have not given me my rewards points 318 points, or the 100 points for 4 or more purchases in a 30 day period.
      Apologies all the time. It is just an auto.ated response, not genuine.
      No phone number to discuss points, no live chat. Just an email with a response email asking you to wait up to 48 hours while they look into the issue. It has been almost 72 hours and no response or fixing the problem with the points
