    If i could leave negative stars, I would. The roof they put on has been leaking since. They came out once to repair it, the repair didn't work. Theyve scheduled appointments more than a dozen times to come out and repair it since, and have never shown up. Normally not giving any notice, or when i call they say "tomorrow" or "this afternoon" and then never make it. This process has been going on for months. Warranty work I understand does not create more income for the company, so it is hard to make it the priorty. But not showing up after me taking the time to be there multiple times is beyond unacceptable. The house is one I was buying and part of the deal was the new roof, so the former owner payed for the roof, then i paid him for the added cost of the new roof. I wish I could've kept the 17 year old roof, there was no leaks in that one.
