    I am the last victim of RESERVATION STAYS. I was trapped, this is the worst customer service. I thought I am buying from the hotel's page directly, and suddenly I found myself in this situation. Who is going to stop these thieves? How can I ask my refund?

    SCAM! This company sets sites up to make you think your booking with the hotel directly. I paid a 40.00 fee to be able to cancel my reservation. A little over a week out from our booked stay my daughters travel Volleyball team dissolved leaving us for no reason to take the 5 hour away trip. I called to cancel and was told to bad. When I told the man on the phone I paid the 40.00 fee he told me to go to my email and request for a refund. Within 5 minutes we received a response of to bad we don't qualify for a refund. So now here I sit out $413.00 for a trip I never took. I tried to file a complaint with my Credit Card company with no resolve to get my money back. The site and company is very very misleading. The customer service is lacking so much. They are able to trick you at every corner and take peoples hard earn money and pretty much laugh at them as our hands are tied. I never book 3rd party and I booked this one in haste that day and I have learned a valuable lesson.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company hijacked my reservation by fraudulently bringing me to a different site. I ended up booking the WRONG Hyatt (only miles down the road from the one I needed to be staying at). I realized the error immediately, within seconds of hitting submit. I was told there were no refunds, they didnt care; would not transfer me down the road to the right hyatt. The thing is, I know i was on the correct website and they somehow scammed me into thinking i was still on it with a pop up ads. So ****** HOrrible customer service. Truly a terrible reflection on the hotels. I ended up having to pay for 2 hotels. Such a scam.

    Less than 1 star. Horrible. This is a fraudulent business which pulled me off a main booking website to theirs and caused me to book the wrong hotel. Then I immediately called Them and they would not help. Rude, fraudulent and horrible customer service. Someone should look into this place. It stole me off the hotel website at the booking page. What a piece of **** company.

    If I could give 0, I would. Country Inn Suites Rochester, MN was a bed..the hotel is very shabby and the breakfast is very limited. Reeservation Stays.com is terrible. I had to call to get my receipt because I stayed there due to work and needed receipt for rreimbursement. I will NEVER use either of them again.

    Bad bad bad, company.Italians run away because it is a big scam. They have the hotel expenses in the voucher. For the whole phone call I always asked for the total price of taxes and expenses, it was on the line and I asked to cancel the reservation, answer ask the front desk to remove the expenses .... a scam

    Beware of Reservation Stays A Scam Disguised as a Legitimate Booking Site I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT use Reservation Stays. This company is incredibly deceptive and operates under the false pretense of being the official website for many hotels. They are NOT affiliated with the hotels you think youre booking with, and thats where the nightmare begins.I was tricked into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. Their website looks official, but its completely misleading. After booking, I realized they had charged me hundreds of dollars more than the actual hotel rates with massive overcharges, hidden fees, and no transparency.Their cancellation and refund policy is a joke a carefully worded trap designed to keep your money no matter what. When I tried to get help from customer service, I was met with zero support, rude responses, and absolutely no accountability. They dont care about customer satisfaction only about taking your money and leaving you stranded.This company should not be in business. Reservation Stays is the definition of a scam. Avoid at all costs and always book directly through the hotels actual website not this fraudulent third-party operation. Youve been warned.

    Booked online thinking it was the actual hotel website and fat fingered incorrect check out date. When I asked for a modification or credit, the *** wasnt able to help me. Not sure why they need online support anyways if they cant do anything? The actual refundable option isnt even guaranteed. Stipulations are in the fine print.

    We thought we were on our hotel's website when we booked. It is made to look like the hotel's website. We were charged $43 more than the room actually cost (as we learned from the hotel). They refuse to refund the extra charges.
