    Complete scam. Looking to cheat the vulnerable out of thousands of dollars. Does not identify themselves on phone calls as this company so may be misrepresenting other places as well. “Customer service” doesn’t give any final decisions and just gives run around so you can’t get your money back.

    I would not give Reservation Stays any rating given my experience with their deceptive "bait and switch" tactics. I unwittingly was directed to their website when clicking on the website for the hotel. The redirect said "guest services". I paid for 3 nights from April 21 to 24 at a cost of $1,012. When we left the resort and asked for the bill, the actual amount transferred to the hotel was $556. Asking for a refund, the response was that a modest fee was always charged to cover Reservation Stays' cost of doing business. No refund processed. This was a 45% mark-up. My credit card company is seeking to recover the difference. The billing address for Reservation Stays is ********************************************. I can find no evidence that this is the actual address for Reservation Stays other than from the billing information as their website lists no physical address. The amount was billed from that address. ****** learned. Call the desired hotel directly to make certain the booking is with the actual property. Booking on line almost always results in being thrown in to a third party booking agency. Trying to find the actual official website to make a reservation is tricky and not easy. I wrote the *** of the property management company for the hotel and lodged a complaint. I received a response, and the manager in charge assured me that the company would file a complaint with the BBB and other industry watchers. I expect that is the best I will be able to do.

    THIS COMPANY *****. When I arrived at the hotel, they wouldn't honor the **** reservation which was paid in advance; they said it had been cancelled. I had to pay the hotel directly that night, thus paying twice for the stay. I called the toll-free number for Reservation Stays that night explaining the problem and was assured that I only needed to provide a copy of the hotel's bill proving I'd paid twice and **** would give me a refund. (at that point, I cancelled the **** reservation for the return trip at the same hotel, booking it direct with the hotel instead. Burned once, twice shy. That cancellation was refunded within 72 hours).I got back from my trip and looked in vain for the form they said I could fill out to request a refund. There is no hyperlink anywhere on the site for the form! I had to call the toll free number again and was directed to a completely different website with a "booking amendment request form". I submitted the hotel bill and explanation on Monday. On Friday, not having heard a thing, I called the toll free number again. I again had to explain the problem, was transferred, and had to explain it AGAIN. This person said they had to "negotiate" a refund with the business and she would get back to me within 72 hours and a refund would take 5-7 business days.****** LEARNED - DON'T EVER BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY! It should not be this hard to get a refund, and the form to request one should be transparently obvious.

    Horrible customer service with no people who would be in power to make any decision. I had to move my hotel reservation that I booked in Europe through this website due to flight cancellation. The first rep did not understand English and when I asked for a manager, I was told immediately that manager is not available. I received an email later from someone from that company (still not the manager) stating that they called me and I missed the call. I had no missed calls on my phone on that day. I tried to contact them again and this time, I was given a website to submit the information about my flight cancellation. Unfortunately this website did not even exist. I am starting to believe that this agency is scam. Regretfully they somehow appears on the official site of the hotel as one of the booking choices.

    I hate to say that I am another victim of these scammers. I booked a night at a hotel on my way to Denver CO. I specifically requested a 1st floor room due to my disabilities and physical limitations, which I explained. If anyone in that "company" listens to the "agent", he guaranteed 3 times to me, in the conversation, that he requested at the hotel my special accommodations and was guaranteed!!! When I arrived at the hotel, no 1st floor room, and they stated that they were never contacted by anyone in reference to my requirement. I ended up going to another hotel and when I requested a refund due to their lies, and the fact I couldn't use the reservation, all they said is that the reservations are not refundable. Total abuse against an elderly disable person and a consumer.
