      The **** Christina is bad for management if it was her hour she would have her people address the mold instead mi wife who's dealing with breast cancer has to live with mold unfortunately she isn't reliable, she responds very late on Friday night to kill time. I will make sure we go against her who ever represents the company. I need from her license mold expert to confirm there's no mold in my walls? Ready Christina, no diplomacy here! You messed with family now my wife is more sick you don't care Please get them a 0

      This company says they dont have to comply with state laws and you apparently sign over the right to your vehicles when you BUY A TOWNHOME here cause they harass you to the point you WILL SPEND ALL weekend defending your vehicle looking out the window to stop tow trucks from taking it and dont go to sleep cause they are coming back at 1 to 3 am

      Awful HOA that seems to be at war against owners. There is not enough room here to tell you how terrible the management team is here. The only good reviews you see here are from the Realtors who are either trying to sell/rent a townhouse out. My neighbors and I have lived here for many years and I can tell you the changes that have been implemented are not for the best. Nobody picks up the phone and when they pick up they just place you on hold. The e-mail will be either ignored or replied to when they want to.The cost of HOA is high and always increasing the same as complicated rules which makes life complicated. They are extremely good at asking for fees and additional payments.

      This company cares absolutely nothing for the safety of its residents From having a pool that is locked but kids still swim at their own risk with nobody to help them in a emergency To dilapidated fences wich pose a danger Cars that speed through the complex because of a lack of speed bumps Electrical boxes open where children can be electrocuted And various other safety issues including trees so rotten that I was almost hit and killed by a limb And all of this is know by this company yet still won't work to keep its residents safe

      They violate our owner and renters rights also does not keep property up as needed there are hazardous materials and things needed fixed that has not been addressed after more than 10 emails my car and truck has been vandalized this hoa takes your money then violates you at ******* place community
