      My experience with Advanced Collection Bureau, Inc. has been incredibly frustrating. Despite multiple requests for debt verification, they have failed to provide any proof or proper documentation regarding an alleged debt they claim I owe. Their responses have been vague, and they continue to insist that validation notices were sent, but I have never received anything.The lack of transparency and their refusal to provide certified proof of these documents raises serious concerns. It feels like they are using questionable tactics to avoid addressing the issue properly. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their approach has been unprofessional and lacks accountability.A Customer Rating Review of 5/5 is just as false as their practices. I encourage the other 43 complainants to leave a one-star review as well and share their experience with Advanced Collection. It's important that others are aware of these practices and lack of transparency.

      I had a lingering collection amount that I had to pay off, I was very pleased working with Jim. He's super nice and thoroughly communicated everything with me. Thank you Jim for all of your help!
