    I have been a patient of knight neurology for years I loved my doctor and I loved the staff they had in there. However recently this doctors office stopped awnsering their phones and I started to miss my appointments due to not being able to reach them and pay them (I always do telehealths) After the missed appt because of the mistake they did not apoligize. It instead got harder to reach them. I said I have a busy schedule please schedule me a telehealth as originally scheduled. The staff refused and so eventually I settled on coming in. They scheduled me for today and I scheduled for today and confirmed it over text and wanted to show them the text and they refused to look at it. They told me they were no longer going to see me as a patient and I asked if I could show the text confirming the appt and he said I'll go get the manager. He never came back. I have terrible anxiety. This gave me a horrible anxiety attack and I went outside and began to cry after all I did take off work to have this appt. I went inside and said I'll find another doctor. After I got to my car a k9 police officer walked out. I never threatened to not leave I just wanted to know why this was happening. Why I was being denied my appt and my medicine. I will never recommend this practice to anyone.
