      I have been charged more than what was agreed. And no one is answering my calls or responding to voicemails. I also never received N email or mail regarding the total amount I was paying off. I need answers because why do you continue to take big amount out of my bank every paycheck.

      *** was authorized to make charges to my card. My daughter is the one that handles my money situations as I am nearly 80 and do not understand how things work. QPS was told this, and gave authorization to speak to her on my behalf. I have early stages of dementia, and my memory is very limited. I have never had issue with a company not understanding "You may talk to my daughter on my behalf" until today.I decided a few days later I did not want charges on that card, and had my daughter call and tell them this. They said okay, "payment plans and dollar amounts cannot be changed" and when my daughter told them "We understand, but you no longer have authorization to make charges to that card. It's their legal right to do this." the call ended.They went ahead and made that charge anyways, despite having authorization to make the charge removed verbally. On a recorded line. When called again, they told my daughter the conversation they had with her "didn't count" and they went ahead and charged the card anyways. My daughter told them they had been gave authorization to speak to her on my behalf, but they acted like they didn't, and kept demanding to talk to ***** again, gave them authorization to talk to me. They got mad my daughter told them her name, instead of me telling them her name. They were also mad I had them on speaker phone. They hung up the call, and proceeded to ignore every single phone call we did to try and make sure they understood authorization charges were no longer *********** we cannot even contact this scamming company. They have gone against my wishes, made a charge to my card, made a verbal contract null and void all because they chose to ignore my authorization to speak to my daughter, and now they won't answer phone calls.I am contacting a lawyer, and my bank as well.

      QPS is drafting $97.90 weekly from my checking account. They never return my call. They do not send emails or communication through ****. I have made several attempts to collect them regarding balance and name of creditor with no response.

      Received a call from ****** from this company. I was as respectful as possible, but the first thing she did was tell me about the previous conversation with her co-worker and stated I hung up on her. It was like she was avenging the co-worker. I didn't hang up, my phone died. I explained the situation of transferring out of the military. I thought the payment went through. She was very condescending and rude; talked down to me like I didn't even have the money or was poor. I have never lost my patience with a bill collector until ******. There is a way to handle these issues without rudeness, harassment, disrespect, or threats. It is ti the level that I may take legal action. This treatment must stop and I do not want them to call me agai;. strictly by mail. Please listen to the audio from 6/25 @ 3:22 pm PST. BOTH WOMEN WERE THE SAME WAY, SO THIS MUST BE OKAY WITH THE COMPANY. I would be willing to work with them, just not over the phone.

      On 3/6/24 I called this company to review a complaint regarding charges on my credit card. The receptionist ******* was very unprofessional and stated I had to use email and no complaints could be filed over the phone. I explained I was handicapped and could not do that but she did not care and stated so. She talk over me each time I asked a question. When I ask to speak to her supervisor she hung up the phone. i called back 5 times and she hung up each time. She refused to speak with me or allow me to speak with any one else in her company. I have nothing to do with this company and the charges on my credit card are false. A complaint was filed with the bank. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down .

      I am rejecting this response because: As I stated the problem invoked the treatment from their employee. She hung up the phone 7 times on me. She was very uncooperative and unprofessional / She refused to get a supervisor and laugh at me when I requested it. This is a serious complaint and I now have found it on my credit report that is clearly effecting rating. The dedt is not mine and must be removed at once. I clearly stated both in writing and verbal that I distribute this bill. I have contacted the untility company direct and that stated it was a mistake and that they advised this company of this 3 monthss ago.  I request a written documented stating how they will correct this mistake and the actions against this employee. Under the faire credited repoting act she has clearly violated my rights;

QPS (Quick Processing Solutions) does not have an employee by the name of *******. Just to be clear QPS (Quick Processing Solutions) processes payments for ****************************, an account was not located in either company records with the information that you provided in the complaint.       In addition we are not associated in anyway with *********************************** ** or with United ******************************* We are a company in *****, ** and have never done any business in *********** at all and QPS is not a collection company but a payment processing company for ***********************, which is a consumer loan debt collection company.

      I was initially told I had a debt in collections for $1000+, and the only option given to reconcile was to pay $318.69 per month. As this has auto-debited for 6 months now, I attempted to contact QPS at the listed phone number for a receipt or balance report of any kind, but received no answer.

      For the past few months QPS have taken 150 dollars out of my bank account bi-weekly for a debt.However, about 2 months ago, I requested receipts of these transactions from their end and was told they would mail them to me. i have not received any proof or receipts stating that i am currently paying off this debt. I try to call them and leave a message but get no response.Feedback would be greatly appreciated as I am concerned that I am giving them money for no reason at all.

      I was given a call by a woman named ***** with a phone number ************, saying I owe snap financial almost $2,000. She said I needed to set up a payment plan or ** go to court. I paid 100$ but my bank account reflects ******$. I called to get a receipt but the lady, *****, never answers or calls back. The business never answers calls either. I have just been charged again and still have no proof that my debt is being settled.

      Twice a month this company withdraws money from my checking account. I have called them and there is never a person that answers the phone. You can only leave a message. NO ONE EVER returns your phone call. I have also sent an email. So far I have paid $300 and I dont even know what its going towards!
