    Where should I begin, I called them because they are in my community booklet. I lived in a 55 over community. I called and the customer service rep said it a $99 up front fee, so just to show up. But it will be used to my bill.But if I don't use them I will still be charged the $99 . She said " Oh it won't be that much" Well it's a gimmick I just needed a pump that regulates the water level. And that's it! The plumber ( *****) was very nice, but was trying to sell me a toilet!!!!! So he showed me a bills of 3 levels ( these people are crooks) they wanted 700-1200 dollars of work to do on a basic pump!!!!!! how can they sleep at night charging people in a mobile home park, that's on a fixed income? DO NOT USED THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I was desperate and they only did the basic work and charged me $309, I was under distress because we need our toilet because sometimes I watch my elderly grandmother 3 times a week, because I work from home. I will be telling the lady that works on the booklet to take them out! they should not be charging people of low income exorbitant amounts just to change a pump etc. I will be calling my credit card company too. Shame on this company!!!! I will also get in touch with consumers affairs over their price gouging tactics.

    I am the General Manager for Jones and Sons Plumbing and **** **** Our standard process is to provide at least 3 options to each customer and allow them to choose the one they prefer. *************** chose the basic option and signed agreeing to it. Our prices are well within standard prices in the industry and within our service areas for the type of work *************** received. We are actually at the lower end in the industry. I have included a copy of the signed satisfied invoice reflecting the cost of the service was only $287.77 which included a $77.40 discount because she joined our VIP membership for the year.  I have no doubt in my mind our pricing is just and fair since I personally call around every 6 months to gather pricing from local plumbing companies.
