I bought a program from ********* online on 11/15/22. It expressly described a refund prior to 30 days. After 7 days I realized this was not what I expected and did not want it. I called the support phone number and was answered immediately. I expressed my desire to request a refund giving them my reasons. I was told they would handle the process. I contacted them again in 7 days as I had not heard from them. I was then told I had to complete the requirements to get a refund. I completed the requirements within the 30 days (on 12/14/22) as indicated in their own record keeping of customer tracking. it showed 100% completion. this was on the 28th day. I contacted ********* they said they would take care of the issue. I still did not hear anything from ********** for another week. I began calling daily, they NEVER did ever answer my phone calls after my request. I began sending emails to both email addresses given * support@*******.com and * help@*******.com for the next 28 days. They never contacted me again. I had to retain a lawyer to send a letter of demand. I still have not heard from TMB.Inc. I highly suggest everyone avoid this "Scam*" as they have NO INTEGRITY personally or in business. * to this point I still refer to them as a SCAM if they take offence to this label all they have to do is make good on their word and I will re-track my words. ** Approximate cost

I paid money to join the program. I received a free 'coaching' call, which started by telling me they have no interest in scamming or upselling me. It was a 3-hour call. It ended with her saying if I want to really kick into overdrive, I should purchase the more expensive $8k program. Only half the amount was charged. I fixed the issue with my credit card, texted them, and.... no response. So I called and emailed and texted and... no response. When you login to the platform it shows you all the products available - without illuminating which products you've purchased and have access to. There is one FB Community Group for all of those products - and I see no activity there. I was initially intrigued by the concept that when he said "he should have died, but miraculously survived" - which is certainly the summary of my medical phenomenon. Then I watched the first video and... ummmm.... no. He partied too hard and drank too much alcohol and after he survived that he went and found Jesus. No comparison. I filed a complaint elsewhere and have called and emailed and.... no reponses.
