    We had a paver driveway and back yard patio put in by Fidus pavers group. My first contact was with ****** who answered the phone very professionally and pleasant. I was so grateful to not have a recording. She set up a meeting with **** who came out to the house and took measurements of everything and provided me with much information about pavers. Again, another professional and pleasant person. Things moved quickly and before long we had the crew out to place the pavers. At this time I met ***** project manager, and his crew, all professional and pleasant. The paver project went great and the pavers look beautiful. I did notice a couple of nicked pavers, spoke with ****** and ****** who quickly arranged for ****, sales manager to come out and look at the couple of pavers. He was out the very next day. Following his visit, he sent a text letting me know when **** would be back to fix the pavers. I will be scheduling a date to have the new pavers sealed and I look forward to working with the entire group of Fidus employees. They have been great and I would refer them to anyone for pavers.

    Fidus just finished our roof replacement. We couldnt be happier! They worked with us to get the job done in record time since our homeowners insurance in ******* gave ** 3 weeks notice on our new home that we would be canceled if the roof wasnt replaced. Everyone was very professional from start to finish! We were kept informed every step of the way and we are thrilled with the results!They even worked extra hard to get the paperwork done quickly so we could submit it to the insurance company. I Totally recommend this company!!

    Fidus Roofing repaired my leak quickly for a reasonable price. The staff and workers are pleasant to deal with, and they know what they are doing. They did not push to do more work than I wanted. Another roofing company wanted to reseat some vents that 'were getting old'. Fidus did not try to go beyond the scope of the project. But they did find a few nail pops that I did not know about and fixed those with no upcharge. Fidus Roofing is a very professional company. They know how to run their business, how to fix roofing problems, and how to work with customers.

    Interviewed four roofing companies in the area to have my 8 yr. old roof repaired. One was a no show and didn't call. The other was not thorough because I had a home inspector tell me what was needed before hand. The other kept stalling for weeks. when I called Fidus after reading their reviews online and customer rating an appointment was made. the customer service manager showed up on time. He walked the roof, and his assessment was in line with what the home report stated. He told me what it would cost to repair the roof which I thought was reasonable. The service manager ***** told me he had 25 years of experience and was professional and personable. Two Roofing Repair Technician showed at the agreed upon time and began the work. I am satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend Fidus Roofing. In fact, I let people on the subdivision's ************ group page that if they need roof repair or replacement I would recommend Fidus Roofing.****** D

    Full re-roof. The Fidus team was amazing! They worked so hard in the brutal August heat and completed our entire roof in less than two days. Roof looks great and they did an excellent job with the clean-up. Communication with Fidus has been fantastic too. Highly recommend them!

    House Gutter Installation, The team was on time, efficient. and extremely professional. They took the time to answer all my concerns explain how any the gutter systems is designed to provide the most efficient results. Never realized how much a roof gutter system can enhance the look of our home. Plus, it will protect the new pavers recently installed by Fidus.

    I recently had a leak in my almost 10-year-old Fidus installed roof. I called Fidus and they quickly sent ***** to investigate the cause. After a thorough inspection, he determined that a plywood deck nail (installed by the original builder) had worked its way out and through the shingles. ********* was sent out to do a repair. After describing what repair was required, he completed a thorough repair including refastening the plywood decking in the leak area with screws to avoid recurrence, restoring the membrane and installation of new shingles. All, including the office staff, were a pleasure to work with.**********

    Fidus Roofing and Construction did an superior job paving the perimeter of our house and our driveway! ***** and *** were extremely helpful during the whole process. It was a big job! They were very patient during the paver selection and design process. We are thrilled with the results! There are soft transitional curves that lead around the house. They leveled part of the backyard to construct an extended patio, paved paths leading to the gates to the left and right of our house, and continued the pavers to include the outdoor shower area, connecting to the patio in the back. They also paved the cement base on our two porches. As I said, it was a big job. We had two kinds of pavers, one for the main part and the other for the borders. The pavers have added so much of our personality to our new home. The crew worked very well together, working very efficiently. *** was always there to supervise. ***** helped put the whole project together and frequently stopped by to check on the progress. ***** and *** are very professional, resourceful, and affable. I highly recommend Fidus Roofing and Construction!
