      First of all, this company flat out lied and said they had an A+ rating on BBB when they aren’t even BBB accredited. Second of all, the only fees they mention in their return policy is a shipping fee. Some places charge shipping fees which is fine. When trying to return the product (because it didn’t work day one) I was told there was a restock fee, a shipping fee, and a fee if the item was not in perfect condition. No matter how perfect the condition was, I knew they would find something to add charges. It became apparent very quickly I would not get any refund and then they quit responding to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam company!!!

      We do not have any order for this named person. If, however, it is a family member of someone we have recently communicated with, then return instructions have been sent to the actual customer who placed the order - not the above named. We have not received a return from the customer. So, any statement about fees incurred have not happened and our public policy is based on if a product arrives to us used/damaged. But nothing has been returned. The statement, "I knew they would find something to add charges" is pure speculation. In short, we have communicated thoroughly and are always willing to help with returns, repairs or any questions quite considerately. We are always here to help! And our public rating shows A+ as of writing this to represent our willingness to help.

      The A+ rating you have is based off of your reviews on your website that you control what gets put onto the website. I know because a review was submitted on the product but required approval before it could get published. If you were honest and really stood by your product, the reviews could just go through without monitoring it. You have to go through an approval system because you know your product isnt good and you know your return policy is vague and unclear. Saying you can charge at least 20% and additional fees as you see fit means you could fully recharge someone and keep the product. And the only reason for charging that much is because the box was opened? If you have faith in your product, you dont have such stipulations as if you just open the box, you have to pay to return it. Pretty sure thats considered theft and fraud by the way. To take money and keep the product but as a reputable company you would know that, right?Also addressing the part about not seeing an order under my name. Well did you think I could get something as a gift from someone? Someone else ordered it and I want to get them their money back? But since I have the product, trying to return it is a joke. I guess since you see an obvious correlation with somebody else wanting to return it and having similar difficulties you must realize, your A+ rating is wrong and your product is just bad.

      And your willingness to help is a joke as proven by the reviews from other customers on **** and ******. The reviews that again cant be left on your site. Which, again, a company that really believes their product is a good product, doesnt have to worry about censoring reviews.
