    ****** at FBA has been a life saver. We hired FBA several years ago to help us manage our federal contractor profile, though the past few years we've worked in other areas.     Cassie Elbanay, Senior Team Lead FedBiz Access, is fantastic. I had struggled to renew my government account for months without success. The various websites were not working, and even though I contacted their help, nothing worked. Cassieie took over and navigated the red tape and nightmares of the malfunctioning sites. She was dedicated, diligent, and effective. She kept me informed with regular status updates. I was left to work without a worry. She got the job done, and I am so grateful.
