    Our SAM registration has not been completed, but we're well on our way with Cassie's help at Fed Biz Access. If it wasn't for Cassie we'd still be spinning our wheels submitting documents because GSA requested them even though they weren't needed. Cassie is knowledgeable and patient. It's unfortunate the process is so cumbersome, but we're thankful for the aid of Fed Biz Access.
