    ****** was great and communicative. We had issues because the person who started the account hasn't been with us for 6 years and the person who took it over has been gone 1.5. She got us through the process to renew the account and set for the next year.Well worth having someone who knows what they are doing handle the process.

    Ashley was fantastic and contacted me in a timely manner so that we could renew my SAMS registration before the due date. Due to a change in vendors handling the SAM registration system, she was very proactive in starting the process now rather than waiting a month from now to renew it. Thank you Ashley.

    I appreciate all the hard work ********************* did for us to get approved for the 8(a) certification program. It was a lot of back-and-forth communication yet she never left me unaware. The Staff worked together when roadblocks occurred and were very knowledgeable regarding the issues at hand and crushed them.     Ashley F. was a "Great" help in getting the application for Pipes Dreams Military Merchandise back on the books to be able to take on, government contracts requiring the necessary numbers i.e. CAGE and UEI.     ************************* is A-Mazing! She helped us set up our account from start to finish. She is happy to address my many questions and takes the time to make sure we understand how to best utilize our account. Dealing with gov sites is so cumbersome and confusing and ****** made it easy for us. I don't think we'd mess with those sites if we didn't have her to guide us! Thank you ******!
