    I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Sondra C., I was applying for my 8a certification, a very tedious process requiring attention to detail, patients and diligence. Ms. C. went way beyond my expectations of her, even at times when I lost hope and/or felt overwhelmed by the process, Sondra hung in there with me, she was ALWAYS true to her word, knowledgeable, very professional and to work with me.. had the patience of a saint. LOL. She is a true asset to this company!

    The past few years we have had issues with a smooth SAM registration. We receive countless solicitation emails to help with this process. Fortunately we called FedBiz Access. Frank Krebs was our first contact and he took a close look at our profile and identified missing information that would improve our profile. We requested Cassie Elbanay as she has received numerous good reviews and she delivered as advertised!! Cassie was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind and punctual on phone calls.
